Good Property Good Quality Good Location Their Breakfast is Very Poor Wifi goes Down ..often.

Internet wifi very poor. Property need more up keeping. Carpet very very dirty

Text was not occupied most of them time parking two blocks away was atrocious parking lots blocked most of the time can't get in couldn't get out

I was highly upset and disappointed with this hotel. Looks absolutely nothing like the online photos. They are very misleading. It was very old. There were prostitutes outside the building and inside. I would never ever go back or recommend this place. The guy that worked there was nice though.

It was more the area than the hotel. The front staff was great but you get what you pay for. I shouldn't have been surprised.

No parking, lobby has strong odor and the riff raff of lower Baltimore hang around smoking in front of building

the hotel looks nothing like the pictures... we had to switch rooms because the one we were placed in at first was full of bugs. the infested room was very big and the new one was the size of a closet. lamps didnt work and the lighting that did was very dim. holes in the ceiling with water dripping from it in the hallways. was told there was a soda vending machine on each floor... all were sold out except for the 2nd floor and the sofas were actually HOT and expired back in 2016. one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. only continued my stay because Orbitz wouldn't give me a refund.

This hotel doesn't really look like the pictures posted in their profile. The "waiting area" in the lobby has ripped furniture. The elevator is old and most of the lights do not work. The decor is old, worn, torn, and kind of seedy looking. The first room: Black mold along the bottom of the entire shower stall. It's not a tub with showerhead. There isn't a place to put soap or anything so you have to leave the shower door open. The ceiling was taped but hanging down into the doorway with plaster on the floor. The refrigerator was dirty. The bags for the ice bucket were garbage bags. The desk chair was ripped up and dirty. The room was super dark. The second room: Better? But ripped sheets on the full-size bed (what?). The maid didn't fix the bed properly into the railing so it was sitting on top off one rail and the other side of the rail was completely exposed. I had to pick up the bed move it so it would sit in that rail properly. The room had no heating vents so they supplied a space heater which did absolutely nothing. The windows let in so much cold air that I had to put luggage and coats on that sills to try to block some of it. I had to go to the lobby to ask for more towels. The 5 days 4 nights I was there the staff never came to the room to clean or refresh the towels. I had to stop a maid in the hallway to ask for another roll of toilet tissue. The woman rudely told me to leave when the clock hit 11am.

The room was pretty clean with the exception of the shower mold. The front desk staff looked very unkempt and looked like they just walked in off the street. The hotel had a lot of ppl in front some for the bus others just there "hanging out". Within walking distance from the aquarium and Lexington Market. With update and renovations hotel would be great. Staff uniforms wouldn't be a bad idea either.

I found the price to be adequate for the accommodations. The bed was comfy and everything was in working order. We also got a free upgrade to a King room. I would have given a higher rating if it weren't for the bathroom door not shutting completely and the large amount of mold in the bathtub.

We had never been to Baltimore. We arrived at the Envy Hotel. there is not really any place to stop in front of the hotel to drop off luggage etc. we parked at a nearby lot which was $25 per day. The hotel itself was ok.... old but certain things had been updated. Staff was ok...not overly friendly depending on who was working. Room was ok. the sink and bathroom seemed clean.... the rest of the room could have been cleaner but wasnt terrible. lampshades were old and broken and some lighting in the room was broken. walls had some spots on them but the sink bathroom and bed were clean.... the important stuff. The free breakfast was ok. just standard stuff nothing great but better than paying for breakfast somewhere else. It was nice that we could walk to everywhere we wanted to go to. The area where the hotel was is definately inner city.

Untrained staff, not enough toiletries, room not cleaned everyday, no protection use while cleaning room e.g. gloves; no A/C. Hotel location is good. Breakfast given. Bed and pillows node with red stains.

walk into a tiny lobby area where the AC is broken and the person behind the desk is dying of sweat. The only way to get the elevator to work is by hitting down, the up is broken. Open the elevator it's raggedy and looks terrible. AC broken in there as well/. Go up to our floor and we are in the smallest hallway ever. the rooms are literally 2 feet away from each other. Maid service sign left on the door, I guess they were to lazy to put it in the room after they cleaned it. The ac is broken blasting heat as the Thermostat reads 81, and its dialed down to 50. The other ac is a window unit that needs the curtains open to use. So other than trying to make a system work to get the curtains to stay on top of the ac unit, you kiss your privacy away as there is a small open area where you can see 4 other rooms windows and someone literally could walk over to yours and get in. The hotel maintenance didn't want to check the regular ac unit so they came pressed some buttons. I asked to speak to a manager and he said he would tell the front desk, but that never happened. We asked for a different room but they were sold out they said. This was a terrible experience. stay away.
