Everything was raggedy. Seemed like things were just taped together. Our door kept getting jammed and we were either stuck in or stuck outside the room. They didn’t fix it till the last day after having to call about it multiple times.
We often stayed here in the past year to visit our daughter in school. Now that she graduated, we will miss this place. Quiet, simple, clean and accommodating personnel. God bless you all!

Friendly & helpful staff. Convenient, clean & spacious rooms. Only negative & this is a personal preference/ need - too many useless pillows. They need to add a few regular or foam pillows.
It was close to where i needed to be and clean. The furniture in the room had a few dings/wasnt brand spanking new but everything was clean and comfortable

We had no heat the first night, the room was not clean. We were moved to two separate rooms the next day, the carpet was stained in room 213 and the rooms were filthy.

Stayed here overnight on my drive from MA to FL. A number of restaurants nearby. Hotel was clean and roomy was comfortable
It was an enjoyable stay, room was mainly booked for my kids although I appreciated the customer service.
The suite was as expected, though there was the faint odor of cigarette smoke, though it was allegedly a smoke-free room. If we were staying more than one night I would have requested a room change. My kids enjoyed the basketball court. The included breakfast was what I would normally expect.
I work north of Baltimore, so this was a perfect location for me. The room was very nice, and the breakfast was great. Definitely recommend it
NEEDS A HOTEL FOR A LAST MINUTE BUSINESS MEETING. THE ROOM WAS LIKE AN APARTMENT. WOULD HAVE LIKED TO STAY A WEEK.
My kids and I enjoyed our 2 bedroom cost effective suite. I loved the modern design and fully equipped kitchen. The bedding was comfortable and the space was great.
i didn't have a chance to use the amenities, but it looked decent (outdoor pool). the room was clean; check-in and check-out was fast. also, it was close enough to I-95 to get to baltimore quickly. good price for a place to rest for the evening and get back to baltimore in the morning.
Great place to unwind. It's close to the mall, avenue, a few other outlets and a grocery store. Stay was nice. Second time I've been there and this one was the better experience.
