Bad very much no cara of customer dirty carpets and dirty rooms

The front desk person was rude when we checked in. Then after checking in,the ceiling leaked in our room,the tv,phone and clock didn't work. Plus,there was black mold all around the tub. And the whole 4th floor smelled like bad BO and smoking pot. We were moved to another floor,and that bathroom,was just as disgusting...looked like it had not been even swept(dirt,food and Hair on floor) and again black mold all around the tub. No one would shower in it,so we skipped bathing.By then it was after 9 and we had to get up at 3:45am to catch a flight, the children were starving,so we just stayed in that room. The next morning they had overbooked the airport shuttle so we couldn't get on and had to look into a Lyft or Uber ride(at 430am!) Luckily it was a different front desk personel and he tried to help, called a different shuttle in to get us to the airport.

Loved the breakfast but wifi was poor. Hotel was very outdated but for the money not a bad place to stay

I am writing Choice with a list of problems. It is a convenient location but that is about it.

Literally one of the worst kept hotels I've ever seen. On Google Reviews the past six months have averaged 1.2 starts, and I learned why. They seem not to own a vacuum cleaner, based on the halls and elevators. The breakfast room has paper cups of vinegar on the tables to chase away the fruit flies. The light over my sink was burned out, similar to other reviews, and the floor lamp shade has two holes punched in it. The sink lamp was replaced but they left drywall crumbs in the sink and two screws hidden in the carpet, which I stepped on inn my bare feet. The airport shuttle has a big Best Western logo and a small Comfort Inn logo, so I almost missed it (after midnight). The hook to hang towels on in the bathroom is loose and hanging off the wall. The breakfast room was closed one morning - "please go to Best Western next door." My door has clearly been broken into - it's loose and rattles in the jamb. In my case the AC and hot water worked fine. And the bed was good. But whoever manages this hotel evidently never learned anything about housekeeping and maintenance.

It was an okay stay but I didn’t like that the water pressure in the shower wasn’t working

The only thing that I liked was the staff. The staff was very nice and helpful. As for the hotel, there was an overwhelming odor of marijuana in the hallways and stairwells. Also the building is outdated and the sheets and linens were the only thing that was clean. I booked the room because I had an early flight and wanted to park my vehicle at the hotel. Never again.

Broken parts on the air conditioning unit and the door on the bathroom had foreign stains all over it...i didn't want to touch. Nowhere sanitary to hang your towel or washcloth.

It is ok, but old, air conditioner too laud .good breakfast, very friendly and good environment
