not clean and had a terrible smoke like smell

Property was clean, staff was friendly, the surrounding area was nice.

Noisy at 3am

To much noisy for the first floor.

It looks so nice from the outside til you get inside

The checkin is extremely slow and dragging. When I arrived at 3:05 the clerk told me they were not ready to check-in anyone. There were others waiting ahead of me. Each person took 15-20 mins. I stayed one night and I had to fill out so many paper work. It felt like I was closing on a home purchased. Most of the paperwork were unnecessary and stupid: I had to consent to not being homeless. I had to sign paper agreeing to a fine if I don't vacat the prropty at 11am in which I refused to sign. Like, I was staying there for 1 night. I paid online for 1 day. If I'm not out the next day by 11 am then you can charge me whatever you wish. I wish I drove up a little while on my way to NY but I was tired. They charged me $100 deposit hold and if you want decent wifi you have to pay $5 a day. The one pillow case was dirty and and they other white was dingy look brownish. The two hand towels were both dirty. It looks like the pervious guests uses them and put it back and they didnt even check them. I will never stay at another hotel with the aame name. This brand is forever ruined.

First lady we spoke to at the desk had an attitude like she was waiting for her shift to be over. She took forever to get our paper printed, then we got in our first room with no toilet paper or soap. Then there was the issue of someone elses dried up blood stain on our bed protector, then we had to switch rooms which took awhile since no one wanted to clean the stain up asap.

It was good for what I needed for only 1 night Not bad I would go back Very reasonably priced & close to the mall ☺

Only one person on duty, waited for almost 10 minutes before being acknowleged. I then learn even though I had a reservation there were no rooms available. No call, no e-mail, no notification, whatsoever. Same thing happened to the person behind me. Obviously this place is in need of better management and more staffing. I'll stay away from this no name brand in the future.

I show up to the hotel, waiting at the front desk for almost 10 minutes before the only staff attendant on duty tells me there are no rooms available despite making a reservation. No prior phone call, e-mail, notification was given. Seems the person was overwhelmed. Obviously this place could use some management changes, upgrades, increased staffing. Beware!

Good location, convenient to shopping, food and entertainment. My only complaints would be when we checked in, there was no one at desk. We were not sure how to find someone as the lobby was vacant. Luckily one of the guests knew to call hotel, using the phone outside lobby door. If it had not been for the guest, not sure how long we would have waited. There were 2 of us and there were only 2 bath towels and 2 wash cloths. That wasn't the issue, we stayed two nights, but no one ever came to clean room or replenish towels. This is an extended stay hotel and perhaps that is the policy, but we had no idea we wouldn't get new towels. The room was clean, large, quiet and close to everything.

Excellent hotel with great proximity to food and other stuff.
