The only two positives for this property is the low cost and it is within walking distance of Inner Harbor. Avoid staying here! The carpet looked dirty, the sofa was stained, the refrigerator had mold in it, and we feared using the coffee maker. There was a noise from the mechanical room all night a squeal). We were situated in the "basement" and had a street lamp shining in a high window all night. We slept in our clothes since we were concerned about the bedding and cleanliness. The front desk staff did not care or ask anything further when we mentioned the mold and things.

Overall the best price you will get for walking distance to the harbor. Seems like baltimore is making an effort to deal with the homeless in the areas and there was much more police presence on the holiday weekend. Bed was not comfortable, felt like it had a wire in in. Pillow was lumpy but they brought another one. Neighbirs were loud, but front desk responded when i called. No coffee 1st day there& ran out of some things on breakfast.

This is not a safe hotel

I could not stay at the facility. Its in a really bad area. I lost my deposit

Booked a NON-Smoking Room. Room smelled like smoke along with the bedding. IF this WAS a Smoking room at one time, it should have been cleaned with an OZONE machine. The next morning, I was sick due to that smell. The pillows were like bricks. Let's just say, there was no sleeping that night. When we checked in, the girl helping us did ok. However, when checking out, the Manager had a bit of attitude when asked about the charges on my invoice.

This hotel used to be really nice about 3-4 years ago. I am unsure what has happened in that time span but the prices they charge do not justify the property.

Would not stay again

Mattress terrible, like really, really, bad. Springs poking out everywhere, room smelled smoky from check-in

Staff was very friendly and helpful, but the place was a dump. Stains on the floor, dented furniture, paint chipping, funny smell. Our room had no remote for the tv nor a chair for the desk. Everything was dingy. The “breakfast” was terrible dried out prepackaged pastries. I w stayed in budget inns that were nicer and cost way less

One thing i wish i would have known and maybe it was stated and i just over looked it but you have to pay for parking on their property. my tv remote didnt have a backing to cover the batteries. i liked that everything was clean and that the front desk staff were really nice, even when i came in early to check in she kindly stated that since there are no empty rooms right at the moment we can't get you checked in until check in time which was like 2pm. which was fine and totally understandable.

Front desk person was not nice. Area felt unsafe with a homeless camp right across the street. There was no hot breakfast as advertised. Just prepackaged muffins

Look like sheet had not been changed, pillow had no pillow cases dirty pull out couch with stains

We found the hotel to be very clean. We will stay there again.

The property is very good. BUT!! My experience was marred by a loud group in the next room whose TV was on ALL NIGHT and created a situation where it was impossible to sleep. When I complained to the staff they were not surprised, neither did they apologize -- but they did nove my room the next night. Nonetheless, I missed a night of sleep and would have done just as well had I stayed at a bus station.

The A/C unit was very very loud, terribly loud. Room 211.

Overall good experience with no issues/problems. Staff were professional and nice, breakfast was nice, there’s a small fitness room, and hotel was walking distance from my conference.

Cleanliness. Breakfast- awesome. Did not know parking a fee. Messed up up. Social security check did not come. So I had $15 to live on. As I forgot, I am a member of choice- the choice emails did not work ( hearing Impaired ). Trying to use points for parking . Ask lobby lady- they do not do that.. I was told in checking -look at website before reserving-should not have to-should be clear before booking. Also was not safe walking back to hotel.

I appreciate your detailed feedback about your stay at the property. It's concerning to hear about the cleanliness and maintenance issues you encountered in your room, as well as the noise disturbance and the unresponsive front desk staff. These are certainly valid concerns, and it's unfortunate that your experience was marred by these issues.
