We found the hotel to be very clean. We will stay there again.

The property is very good. BUT!! My experience was marred by a loud group in the next room whose TV was on ALL NIGHT and created a situation where it was impossible to sleep. When I complained to the staff they were not surprised, neither did they apologize -- but they did nove my room the next night. Nonetheless, I missed a night of sleep and would have done just as well had I stayed at a bus station.

The A/C unit was very very loud, terribly loud. Room 211.

Overall good experience with no issues/problems. Staff were professional and nice, breakfast was nice, there’s a small fitness room, and hotel was walking distance from my conference.

Cleanliness. Breakfast- awesome. Did not know parking a fee. Messed up up. Social security check did not come. So I had $15 to live on. As I forgot, I am a member of choice- the choice emails did not work ( hearing Impaired ). Trying to use points for parking . Ask lobby lady- they do not do that.. I was told in checking -look at website before reserving-should not have to-should be clear before booking. Also was not safe walking back to hotel.

Really pretty property and daytime service from check in until 11pm wonderful 11pm onto morning service not good

Location isn’t good enough. About 15 mins walking distance to center of inner harbor. Everyday I saw few homeless people was walking outside of hotel. It also little scary when you walked back to hotel.

The hotel was really nice and clean. Walking distance to downtown. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Thank you for the experience.

The hotel was exactly what we needed. A clean, safe place close to downtown to stay for the weekend. Rooms do not have a fridge and ice isn't on every floor, but those are minor. Location is great to walk from in the daytime but I wouldn't do it at night. On site parking was key!

We chose Sleep Inn for its proximity to JHU and for the reasonable parking rate offered to patients. We had an upper front king that was quiet, comfortable, very clean and with an excellent bath with large shower not found in many hotels. We had stayed in a Sleep Inn elsewhere and were impressed with the hotel, great staff and amenities. The breakfast buffet was plentiful as well.

Great staff, great amenities...includes a full breakfast and wifi in the cost of the room, which was affordable. I did not need parking, but $15 per night is reasonable, and parking is camera-monitored. 1 mile walk to the Inner Harbor was convenient, and safety was good. I'd stay here again. The only thing I didn't like is the tiny pillows. Bring your own pillow if pillow comfort is very important to you.

We were attending a concert at the Ram's Head venue and this location worked perfectly. We were able to bring our dog (such a great bonus, even if there was a small fee), enjoyed a decent breakfast in the morning, and were treated kindly by the staff. The location is close to the inner harbor and a quick walk from good eating. I would return.

They converted an old warehouse into a really cool, trendy and very spacious hotel. Very nice. The breakfast was very good and there was a complimentary happy hour with hot food, wine and beer. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

This hotel was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is about 15-20 minute walk to little italy and the harbor. However the neighborhood is sketchy. If you decide to walk, there are parks filled with homeless people that you have to pass. Parking is a plus, only 15 per night compared to other hotels that charge 35. Breakfast was basic. Cereal, yogurt, pastries, bread and the only good thing for me was the waffle maker. I think hotel should offer shuttle service to main attractions and breakfast needs improvement.

My favorite thing about this hotel was the bed. Very, very comfortable. The room was very nice, clean and spacious as was the bathroom. They had a few problems with the wi-fi and it was not very dependable, other than that, we had access to movie channels. Parking is $15 per day and you have to pay extra for a microwave or refrigerator if you want them. The location is very close to the police station and the on-ramp of the 83 Freeway. If you need to be near the Juvenile court, homeless service centers, downtown, Harbor, or Fells Point, the location is very convenient.

Boutique hotel has parking next door. Pretty new and great rooms /decor especially like how the space was decorated. Friendly all around good from desk personnel. Lots of people as was half marathon that day. Great area to walk around and tour the Inner Harbor amenities. Liked this hotel a lot.

Our trip was a simpe vacation,it was a quick getaway. From the hotel we walk around the inner harbor enjoy the Baltimore spirit cruise ,did a lot of site seeing. Parking was reasonable and continental breakfast was good.the hotel is a very clean modern place to stay,And the staff was professional, checking staff was very helpful in giving us information. We felt like home thank you.

breakfast was good.short walk to ramshead.staff was awesome .nice outdoor seating for smokers

A little bit of a walk to inner harour. Somewhat hard to find. Went to the zoo to see daughter who works with Primates. good experience

It was difficult to find a hotel, there was so much going on this weekend, se stumbled on Sleep Inn Suites, so glad we did, it was CLEAN and spa like, the staff were so happy and friendly...parking was easy and cheaper than most placed in the Inner Harbor.
