With the ability to sleep up to 14 guests, top-notch amenities and incredible Gulf-front views, this condominium will surely become a yearly tradition! 
The vast living room with a wet bar showcases sleek lines and unique furnishings, and with  spectacular penthouse views, it is the perfect spot to settle back to relax after a hard day at the beach.
The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, spacious quartzite countertops and is a paradise for the chef in the family! Providing a dining room table and numerous high top barstools, no one will be left out while enjoying a delicious meal together. You’ll be able to finish out your nights by relaxing with your loved ones on the fully furnished patio with a stunning view of the Emerald Coast. 
This unit offers two master bedrooms, each with an ensuite baths. The downstairs master, located off the living area, is Gulf front with a king size bed, balcony access, separate vanity area and bathroom with a tub/shower combination.  The oversized 2nd floor master bedroom includes a comfortable sitting area with a futon,a king sized bed, large flat screen TV and an exquisite ensuite bathroom with a walk-in tile shower, large soaking tub and beautiful quartzite counters.
There are 2 additional guest rooms located on the 1st floor, one with a king size bed and one with a queen. The fifth bedroom, which is on the 2nd floor, has a queen bed and flat screen TV and the sixth and final bedroom provides a twin over double bunk bed and flat screen TV. The second floor also offers a separate living area in the loft with a flat screen TV and a large, comfortable seating group for all to enjoy!  This unit provides a washer and dryer for your convenience.
