Hotel was clean and in a convenient location! Plenty of free parking and a decent breakfast! Housekeeping was also great! However the front desk needs additional training, it took us over thirty minutes to check-in! Spoke with the General Manager about this and other issues but she justified all of their actions! Great hotel and we stayed here a few times before, we won’t be back until management changes!

Our shower didn’t work but the repair man did come right away and fix the shower. The water pressure was really bad. We really like this Hotel. Wish it had a small kitchen and the refrigerator didn’t cool very well. We do like the location and the staff is super nice.

The hotel lobby was vey clean and nice. The room was not. It smeeled like chlorine, the tile in the bathroom was broke, and the sink was clogged. We had to get someone to come fix it. The beds and pillows were horribly uncomfortable. The walls were incredibly thin and you couls hear everything!!! I spole with someone about the noise and asked to have a room on the 3rd floor so no one would be walking above us at all hours of the night. The request was not even considered. We had to request more toilet paper and wash cloths as none was provided.

I’d like to start with saying the staff was nice and helpful. The dislikes for the stay was the room not being cleaned correctly and the sofa needs to be replaced asap it was old and somewhat broken. The breakfast wasn’t Great at all not much of a selection and the food was so plain and salty.
