Getting checked in was bad, because we wait until 6;30pm to get a room.
Room was less than clean but the staff was great
Hotel was fine. CHARGING $15 to PARK is a SCAM SHAME on Ya'll
The hotel itself shows its age. I had a balcony room but could access to the balcony was closed to hotel guests. Another hotel nearby did have balcony access for its guests. My bathroom shower head was not properly attached to the wall. One could tell the age of the property by its carpet and all around environment.
For waterfront hotel it was terrible. No bell caps for help with bags. Really hard to find the baggage carts and get them down to the parking circle. No laundry bags in room. Couldn’t go out on balcony as door was locked. So much for paying extra for a view.
Within the first 5 minutes we saw 4 roaches crawling in our room. We were moved to another room immediately but that should not have happened. We paid over $300 for one night and was not discounted anything. It was very gross.
Location is very good. There are many dislikes and I’d like to mention a few. First of all, the rooms are not cleaned daily. If you plan on staying 2-3 nights or more, the trash will accumulate. No coffee is replaced or soaps/shampoos are replenished. We only got one roll of toilet paper and whatever was left in a tissue box which finished quickly. Thank goodness we have a 5 year old and still carry wet wipes. The rooms are too small and so is the bathroom. I expect to get more for the amount of money I paid for my room but instead got less. My family and I were better off at a Tru, La Quinta, Wyndham, etc…. At least breakfast is included in those places and parking is free. The Wi-Fi was terrible day or night. The pool pictures are deceiving. It looks so big in the pics but in person, it’s so small and it’s no deeper than 4ft or less. We will never be staying in this hotel again.
The hotel was nice and clean
Until this hotel is renovated I will not stay here again. Dusty, dingy dated, dirty feeling hotel rooms. Sliding patio doors nailed shut, but a steady whistle noise of wind throughout. For the premium pricing I would have expected much nicer. Do yourself and stay at the Omni. You put for parking, no breakfast, dated rooms. Look elsewhere.
Beautiful view! Bed very comfortable. Very clean and friendly staff.
Dirty room, obviously wasn't cleaned, broken mirror in the bathroom, used roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, and the phone in the room had the cord cut so nobody could call out. When reported to staff they did not care and made no effort to correct anything.
Hotel stay was pleasant we had to extend our stay twice because of weather conditions. The breakfast was pleasantly good. Parking was connected to the building and we were not charged because of the situation. The water pressure in the shower was the only complaint we had. Not sure if it was because of the freezing weather. But overall our stay was nice.
The location to be around the water front was perfect and we were able to check in early. It was disappointing that we found ants in the restroom, the ice machine was not wking on our floor and the sheets were not fresh and clean. Staff was very professional and were very kind to tend to the ant situation. I just don’t understand why I could not apply the $50 introduction promotion.

Dear Ruben, Thank you for your feedback. I have shared your comments with Engineering Department to fix the shower head. On the same note, we might be a bit mature in age at the moment however we sure know how to keep it clean. Hope you experienced the cleanliness and warmth which is so typical to a traditional home? You are invited to come stay with us again. This time around, enjoy what we are good at: Our indoor & Outdoor Pool, Our Food, Our People and Our rooms with bay front views!! With Gratitude, Marshal
