The staff was courteous, however i had to be moved twice. The first room had a leak and the second room had no heat or air. They also charged me for parking when I had prepaid for parking although they advertise free parking. I almost always stay at Holiday inn but this was the worst experience ever.

Y’all down graded, No pad and pen nor bible no cups refrigerator melted our ice cream, cockroaches came and got on our toothbrush raised our pizza .The coffee maker works when it wants.And we stayed there 5 days the view was beautiful, service was great cleaning was wonderful.But they take for ever to refund your funds on deposit’s But we would still take our chances and go back to stay for there great hospitality that they service.

Accommodations are decent. Amenities and staff are ok but please tell me why I was hounded starting at 7am to check out? Staff tried to break in to clean while I was in the shower. Not just unlock the door but slam against the safety lock when they couldn’t open it fully. I’m sure this is a one off because I’ve stayed at this property before without incident but this stay was the absolute worst experience I’ve had at any hotel.
