We had a great experience. The staff was great. They were all working so hard from the front to the house keeping to keep up. My room wasn’t ready when I arrived but they worked quickly to get me in one. The room was great. Def more the. I expected. It was clean, quiet and relaxing. Modernly decorated and loved the scent of the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The hot breakfast was nice. I do recommend to eat earlier vs later. There is a nice grilling area so we enjoyed hot cooked meals while we were there. We had a very pleasant stay. I loved being greeted by the staff even walking around the hotel. Made me feel very welcomed. There is a Walmart ,grocery store, movie theater and other shops near by.
Two things that concerned me, one: the wood tile floor was uneven to a point qhere i would stub my toes just walking on it. Two: the bath tub was extremely slippery. Could us some rough surface textures to avoid accidents. Other then those two, it was a very pleasant stay.

I booked room for 3 kids and 2 adults, I even called Orbitz rep. to ask how 5 people will fit into a king size bed and a pull out sofa bed, and I was advise that there is an additional pull out bed from another chair in the room that will sleep one person. This turned out being false after I checked in. My 3 kids where made to sleep in a small pull out sofa bed which was very uncomfortable to them.
Property was new. There was bugs in the room, charged for parking which is ridiculous.
Spent two weeks there, starting January 20, 2019. Very friendly, helpful staff made my mid-winter getaway very pleasant. Nice place - great room - outstanding staff!
Very nice suite. Clean. Roomy. Comfortable beds. Clise tp our desrinatuon.
Pool needed significant cleaning/attention. Monday-Thursday, they had free drinks and basic food, but the food was not good at all.... For dinner or breakfast. Gross.

The staff was great Melani and Alicia were very welcoming and very nice. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The location was not bad either, there are so many places around the hotel, walking distance if you wanted. Great stay will stay again for sure!
This was a welcomed find during a family tragedy. The spacious suites felt quite private, like an apartment. And when a beverage burst in my luggage the day before my grandmother's funeral, I was relieved to find a laundry on site.

My hotel room was a smoking room and it was suppose to be non smoking. my wife alergies were killing her for the half the time. They wouldn't change the room until the second day. Not impressed with the hotel.
Very comfortable getaway for the family. For the price it was a fantastic stay. The staff very prompt and very courteous. Would recommend this hotel to others.
Size of the rooms were just right. Kitchen offered what we needed. We did not hear any noise for hall or other rooms. (I hope the people around us can say the same thing-we had a four year old and two year old). One negative is it's tricky to get to. It's at a flyover intersection of two major highways. I was confused every time we headed there after being out.

We apologize for any inconveniences that you had during your stay. We did call our pest control man right away and had a full inspection of the room and no pests where found.
