Overall, I am happy with my stay. This property is across the street from the shoreline. Room was clean, had small fridge and microwave. Heater worked. TV was malfunctioning. Didn't get a internet access password. Room is outdated could use renovation. Friendly staff. Thank you

Very clean but not many aminities. The family that own and run the hotel are very nice people. We were getting inlate due to hellish traffice outside of Austin and they wrked with us on the check in time which was awesome.
If you are only staying for one night it is ok except the air conditioning barley got below 80 degrees. I will not rent again.

This motel really isn't all that bad for the price. It's conveniently located and quiet. I booked a room with one queen sized bed, but they gave me one with two beds instead. The beds were clean and comfortable. The room layout was weird (looks like it was originally two rooms poorly remodeled into one). The kitchen area was literally a mini fridge with a microwave on top and a coffee pot on top of that with two plastic chairs on each side. The fridge took about an hour of me fiddling with it on and off to even get it to cool anything. The bathroom made me uncomfortable (probably just the odd layout) but it was clean. The floors however were disgusting. They were all tile and it appeared as though they had not been cleaned in a while. I took my shoes off after a long car drive there and within 30 minutes my feet were black on the bottom. Thank goodness I brought slippers! All in all, but bad, but they could work on their cleaning.
It was a comfortable enough stay. Definitely worth the price.
