This was a great hotel. Staff was friendly and kind. Place was beautiful and we could t have been happier with our room. If ever I find myself in Cleveland again would 100% stay here again. Thanks for making what started out a bad situation at one place into an exceptional one. You all rock

Room did not have a tv remote. I was told I would have to come to the front desk from 13th floor to get one which I did. Unfortunately the remote did not work. We called front desk and was told they would send someone to room. They never showed !

My visit to Cleveland

The check-in and check-out process was straightforward. I appreciated the complimentary coffee and water available in the lobby. However, the room was quite spacious, but the bed rail and headboard were worn and scratched extensively. Additionally, I found long hair on the chair, which was unacceptable.

It was dirty, run down and poorly maintained. On the positive side, we loved John the van driver. He was personable and responded immediately to all calls and trip requests.

For the price, not a great value. It's an old property, HVAC was barely adequate, bed too soft, strange room layout. Proximity to our event was the best thing about the place.

The Tudor Arms Double Tree Hilton is an old, building, not sure if it has always been a hotel, that is down at the heels. Of note, one of the Roman shade curtains did not work properly, no maid service, refrigerator did not work, even I after called the front desk and was told someone from maintenance would come to look at it. No one showed up. Best thing about this hotel was the cookies.at check-in. We left 2 nights early.
