I love this hotel. It’s in a historical building but our room was modern with wood floors, tiled bathroom, comfortable bed/pillows and the size of a studio. The location was an easy drive to 7 min drive to downtown and located in the heart of Cleveland Clinic. Staff were nice. I only wish there was a pool or hot tub and a fridge.

We were in Cleveland to be at the Taussig Cancer Institute. The location of the hotel is ideal! The shuttle service made it easy to access the hospital and restaurants within a 3 mile radius. The rooms are huge, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet included hot items and fresh fruit, not so in many other hotels. The staff was warm and friendly and willing to help us in anyway that they could. Will be returning in the future.

Parking was confusing when trying to determine where to go. The parking lot required a keypass. Reservation confirmation emails/texts should state there is a pull up area in front of the entrance along Carnegie. (high traffic street)

Everything was great. Only complaint would be that the heat in our room wasnt great...we had the heat turned up as high as it would go and the room was still pretty cold overall.
