The staff were nice but need more training on customer interaction. They were kids which is understandable but communication (“Hello! How are you?” Instead of: “Valet?”) was lacking. We asked for two things to be adjusted like a tray for the coffeemaker or the electric blinds to be fixed to which they responded but never followed through completely. They took their smoke breaks in front of the property and the overnight valet was sleeping in the bar which was closed. I get it but more training would be necessary for a better impression. Overall the property was clean and quiet.

There should be a disclaimer for this particular room or area about the trolly train running all night. Also the housekeeping staff never showed up. Still, 9/10 would stay again

It was very clean and the breakfast was good! My only complaint was valet. It took an hour to get my vehicle on Saturday because they had one person working. Not sure if someone called in but there were two working when we checked in during the week.
