Rooms comfortable but very noisy. Room wasn’t serviced during our stay. Only one out of the three lifts worked. Breakfast finished at 9:30, not 10am as reception told us. Woman in breakfast room unhelpful and rude.

Amazing vibe right when you enter the lobby. Cool background music, nice smell, everything felt really nice. The hotel is right in the middle of everything - and across from the arena of the NBA team. Great location, great value, friendly staff. 10/10

Close enough to all attractions. Spacious rooms. Bathroom fan didn’t work and got steamy but not an inconvenience. Area didn’t feel overly safe upon arrival but Valet outside took care of it immediately. Breakfast was very good compared to other hotels I’ve been to in that price range. Elevators 1/2 didn’t work and we were forced to wait for just one elevator for all guests. 11th floor with bags was not an option. Ice machine very clean but no vending machines in hallways. Small variety store beside from desk for snacks was available but on ground floor. All in all, I’m pleased with the hotel. True Marriott experience.
