When we got to the room there was a dehumidifier in the hall, plugged into our room and draining into our toilet. Called and they eventually (1 hour later) moved our room. They put us next to an elevator control room. Loud noises all night. Sounded like a garbage truck dropping a container. Terrible!

Check in was quick and easy. Staff was very friendly. Only complaint was room smelled musty.

The whole experience was excellent starting with the greeting as you walk in to the efficient service of checking in, I will truly recomend your hotel to friends and family, Thanks again,

Pro: close to MUSC facilities Con: unfriendly staff, front desk worker left with no explanation when i was trying to check in, unprofessional workers and valet staff were very rude. The access was bad in trying to unload babies and luggage. Not convenient. Would not recommend or stay here again. Hallways very musty.

Staff was friendly, polite, and helpful. Continental breakfast was great. Refrigerator made a ticking noise that we didn’t notice until we tried to go to sleep.

Easy to get into downtown - clean and perfect for one night

Valet parking (it is $10 and not optional) is helpful with the limited parking in this part of Charleston. Staff are pleasant, prompt, and helpful. I had a suite, bedroom was nice and the bed comfortable. Suite has in room fridge and microwave. Only down side in this room is under utilization of the living area... It was sparse and some of the things in the bedroom could shift there, like the work/cafe table to be able to take advantage of the space. No power plugs by table or couch, little limiting. Air conditioning worked well... Key in the South! Nice room, good value.

The room was a bit stuffy but otherwise clean and comfortable.

I loved the people. Front desk and breakfast staff were wonderful. My room was not very clean. Floor was not vacuumed, the hard surface flooring at entry way and bathroom felt and sounded sticky when I walked on them while wearing shoes, the bedside tables were dirty (I brought Clorox wipes along to clean), the remote control was filthy (more Clorox wipes) and there was black mold growing on the back wall of the shower ( many many more Clorox wipes)

The room had an extra side area with comfortable chairs, a couch and an ottoman. The view from the windows looked over MUSC area so we could find the tower where our Dad was recovering from an illness.

Very friendly staff Guest service lady did perfect job for my partner's surprise. Thank you for that. Clean place, close to downtown (uber only $6) Great location, good customer service, helpful and nice folks.

Everyone nice and accommodating at hotel. Breakfast was good. Hotel location was good for our touring the place. Uber to surrounding towns is easy. Great mini vacation

Great place to stay, but it's not close to anything. There is a free shuttle that will take you into town tho. Nice, clean room. I would stay here again.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast in very clean space. Located in medical district, a little over a mile walk from the main shops and restaurants on King and Meeting Streets.
