Fast check in and convenient location to main highway

I rated this poorly, as we prepaid for a King room and when we arrived, we were told only queen beds were available. My husband is 6’8” and that’s just not acceptable, especially when my Orbitz receipt said King. After much discussion we were offered a handicap accessible room. I appreciated that and the staff was nice. The lobby smells like someone spilled a bottle of bad cologne, which triggered my asthma for the duration of our stay and further exacerbating it when I had to walk through. Our window covering was broken, so our room had to be dark like a cave the entire time. Coffee is not complimentary and what they sell is not good. Overall, I would not stay here again.

The rooms are clean, offer a great layout and the staff was very accommodating, I will stay at Cambria again!

The facility seemed pretty and the staff was nice. Unfortunately, there was mold in the shower and behind the bathroom vanity (i took pictures if you need them), the bedding was stained and im not sure it had been washed, breakfast was pretty bad and the coffee was hot water FULL of coffee grounds. The hotel was a Monet, looked great from far off but really dirty close up.

The hotel staff were fine, no issues there. However the breakfast provided was sub-par and only had muffins, bagels, and strudels. It did not seem like anyone maintained the breakfast in the morning, so once something was out it was out. The pool was very small (one family size small) and dirty. The rooms were okay. The bathroom sliding door was extremely difficult to open and shut. Lastly, the rooms were not the cleanest, especially the bathrooms.

Overall property appearance is nice. There is barely enough parking on site. Greeted with the most unique fowl smell in elevator every time going to room. Be prepared to hold your breath. Room was clean and modern. Bathroom not so great. Rust on metal of soap dispenser and water pressure is at a trickle depending on time of day. For the money we paid I would not stay at this property or another Cambria hotel again.

I liked the size of our room but it was too warm as far as the air conditioning. There were not enough towels for our room, drinking cups for the coffee, and just the normal amenities that are included in the cost just were not available. I know things are difficult in the service industry right now so we did not complain yet we did pay for a nice hotel and were disappointed this time. We have stayed at this same hotel when the "world" was opened back up and we loved it. Maybe we just caught them at a bad time.

The staff was super friendly..the bar in the lobby made it more fun to hang with other families. My children loved the pool and outdoor fireplaces. A great value!!

This hotel is poorly understaffed; I understand that COVID has affected hospitality industry but running a disorganized hotel is unacceptable. Our room has not been cleaned in 5 days. We have politely asked for housekeeping and hotel has not produced. We are asking for towels, toiletries, toilet paper and bringing it to our room daily.

Nice place to stay. Breakfast was really good at restaurant on first floor. Fire pit outside was amazing!

Overall, a nice hotel. For the cost, it could have been better. The staff was great. Besides the free in room coffee, everything else is out of pocket. Needed extra towels just to keep bathroom floor from flooding because of the shower design and sliding the bathroom door open or closed took two people.

Loved the hotel and staff. Really hard to get Uber/Lyft into downtown

Loved the room/bed/staff/property. The only thing that stands out as a negative is the elevators. They are HOT inside and smell like a used cat box trying to be covered up with the scent of old grapefruit. Very unpleasant.

Everyone was friendly and the premises was very clean. I also appreciated the free on-site parking.

Very clean and modern. Loved the Bluetooth mirror in the bathroom
