Hair all over the bathroom. Yuck. Sides of toilet filthy. Customer Service was the best part of my stay.

We ended up switching to a different hotel in the area because the hotel was not clean. The beds had crumbs and other yucky things in them. The stovetop didn’t work well enough to cook. The bathroom hadn’t been clean and the towels were dirty.

Good for one night, but not moreso; basic. The pool probably had no one to care for it and looked like something to avoid.

I was initially given a room that was not clean. I took pictures of the dirty towels and room on my phone to receive a new and clean room. Then I was told my payment was deducted from my card. When checking out I was asked again for a card to pay. Now I have to check to see if I was double charged to dispute the extra charge.

My review has already been posted. However, the facility in question certainly exceeded my expectations. The staff all in their uniforms, the General appearance of the building it’s surroundings are sanitary. Internally is kept quite clean, no offensive odor . Room is very clean and comfortable. My next trip to Kennesaw GA. Extended Stay America, Chastain would be my place to stay.

I have stayed at this hotel several times while in The Atlanta area and have never noticed that they allow pets. At 10:30 PM dogs are barking in the parking lot, a lady is out their playing fetch with a stick. After calling the front desk to complain the clerk “Mari” proceeds to ask if they were disturbing me. I said, yes that’s why I’m calling. She then said well I will try to go check after I check in a customer and slams the phone down. 20 minutes later, the dogs are three doors down from my room barking like crazy..... No help, no sleep and disappointed.

Hotel was nice, clean, quiet for the most part. Did see a few ants but that was after I left my food out, only saw them in that area. Bathroon vert clean, kitchette clean. For the price I paid very good overall!

Negatives- The room was filthy. Splatter on mirror in entry way. Cockroach in bathroom. Linens were stained and the room smelled like mildew. Positives- Affordable rates and staff was very friendly.

This hotel is convient to Kennestone Hospital, Town Center Mall, Downtown and Braves Suntrust Park. It's in a safe clean area of Kennesaw very close to KSU. The hotel is newer and still is very clean and the staff is terrific. Wifi is good, laundry facilities are good. My only complaint are the pillows! They suck!

The hotel is in overall pretty good shape. The rooms are clean and the outside area is in a safe clean area near Kennesaw Lacrosse field. The internet however SUCKS! The air/heat is ridiculous, it's either hotter than the hinges of hades or North Pole cold. The hallways in the morning look destroyed from unruly children and the pillows are ridiculous. Other than that it's not a bad place to stay for the money and they staff are very nice.

I had a great stay at this hotel. It was conveniently located close to my worksite. The only problem I had was a very weak wifi connection. Since that is integral to my work while I'm in my room, this was disappointing since I had to use my iPhone as a personal hotspot.

Room smelled like cigarettee smoke. I specifically requested a non smoking room. I just quit smoking last october, so pretty disgusting to smell again. You need to paint the walls in the hallways and add new carpet in the halls. Long overdue. Good place to rest cheap. Staff was great.

Just what was needed for a long out of town business trip

I live local to this hotel but have booked it twice for my family visiting now and it was worked nicely for the price. Sometimes the room could use a good fixing up but nothing too much to complain about. Great location to everything.

First thing when I noticed when I entered the room(319), was the carpet, needs to be cleaned or replaced w/ new carpet, next thing was the bathroom floor, needs to be replaced, stains all over it! Then I sat on the so called sofa, tears and stains all over it!

Not the best hotel but was ok . Bed spread was old and had holes in it.

enjoyed myself at ur place.. i would recommend it to people.

dogs, need i say more.

great hotel.
