It’s a perfect getaway for those looking for affordable luxury in an ultra-convenient location, near the train station and between the Level park and London Road high street. Owned by UnitedUs, an award-winning branding agency based in the office downstairs, the Palm Penthouse is beautifully styled to be a place of retreat for anyone visiting the bustling city.

Far-flung from Brighton’s normal Regency vibe, the Palm Penthouse is a stunning new build where converted New York warehouse meets paradise retreat. With its terraces, big windows, tranquil leafy decor and plenty of comfy spaces to collapse into after a long day exploring, it is our little lap of luxury in the heart of Brighton, and we can’t wait to share it with you.

Take the stairs past our offices, to find yourself in the expansive living space with a six-seater dining table, lounge area and open-plan kitchen. As big foodies ourselves, the Penthouse is set up for all your catering needs. If you do want to head out, we’ve compiled a shortlist of our favourite places which you’ll find in the Penthouse’s guide. When you return, you can switch on the Sonos for some atmosphere or maybe have a Netflix and chill kind of night.

Get the best from the Penthouse in the summer by opening up the panoramic doors to the terrace and bathe in the sun trap it provides. For those lucky enough to snap up the master bedroom, there’s even another little terrace nook attached to the bedroom if you’d like somewhere ultra-private.

The Penthouse has two spacious double bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers to match - one also boasts an indulgent bath for the ultimate relaxation.

The apartment is situated in the heart of Brighton, and will be an ideal home away from home for your trip. This diverse and booming area has been the focus of substantial redevelopment in recent years. New buds are beginning to bloom alongside older Brightonian staples like the Duke of York’s – the country’s oldest cinema. Lively pubs like The Joker (with its infamous wings) and the Hare and Hounds are minutes’ walk from the property, as well as quirky cafes like Presuming Ed’s, creative spaces like 88 London Road and the regenerated community hub of The Open Market. I will never use vrbo again

Booked for 28 nights got told we had to leave after 8 nights no excuse given. Completely unacceptable we had nowhere else to move into then they told us remainder of the balance could take up to 7 days to be be back in the bank, could have cost me my job Thanks for putting me and my friend through hell
