Had a very enjoyable experience. The marina is still under construction so a bit noisy at times. No AC in rooms, but most nights were reasonably comfortable. Great selection of restaurants in the Marina and downtown Brighton is a short distance away.
Maybe it was just my floor, but there was literal construction going on during my stay....saws, hammers, banging and fresh paint and tarps down the halls. Nothing was mentioned at booking OR checkin. We booked a room with a view. The view turned out to be a tiny sliver of ocean if you peeked at an angle but mostly of the hotel next to us. We were too tired to complain. The room was very small and quite expensive given what was delivered. We would not stay here again.
There was a rat running in the lobby. Staff didn't do anything about it..
