Liked the individuality of the property and the relaxed vibe. Beautiful sea front view and comfy extra large bed. Just needs a little TLC to fix little things like the curtains hanging down and radiator hanging off the wall. Overall though excellent value for money x

Very poor and disappointing 😞

My family and I had a terrible stay at this hotel. I wrote to them about the issues we experienced during out stay but they ignored me. Very poor and disappointing. I would definitely avoid it.

The view from our room was amazing, had a sea view and it was absolutely lovely. A few things of note were that there wasn't convenient lighting near the mirror, and no main light, just side lights/lamps in the bedroom. The shower head was a trickle and took a long time to get hot. And the continental breakfast was incredibly underwhelming. Other than that, nice enough and convenient being near Brighton centre where we were going for the evening.

I have enjoyed to stay at the hotel because you can find a lot of restaurants options to eat around the area. The staff is nice and the hotel is easy to find. Would be great a refurbishment in the building also the room would be better if they had a mini refrigerator and tv. Overall was 7,5 out of 10. I would recommend the hotel.

We actually decided to not stay due to it being such terrible weather. I am sure the hotel would have been fine but I must comment that we arrived at 11am and were told that although our room was ready, to check in before 2pm would cost us an additional £22 fee! In the hundreds of hotels I have ever stayed in this was a first and very inhospitable policy. I doubt we will ever return

Very lovely property with friendly staff on reception at all times. Good location, comfortable and clean. Slightly expensive but good service. Could use a few more items in the room on arrival and there was a slight damp issue in our room, otherwise fantastic.

Good stay, extremely friendly staff

Only stayed for a night, but all was well. All staff were down to earth and easy to talk to, bed was very comfortable, bathroom a good size. Had all the regular amenities and it was located right in the middle of town next to the pier. Only downside is the lack of parking, we used the NCP nearby, which can be costly.
