Good hotel, was in a good location and clean. Due to wind the extra fan kept blowing so kept up us most nights. Maybe look at changing these being near the cost and windy a lot of the time.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast varied and plentiful and run very efficiently. Cleanliness was very good throughout the hotel. That said some aspects of the somewhat dated furnishings need attention. The room lacked any drawers, the roman blinds were faulty. Another issue was that the heating was only available at certain times dictated by the hotel. This coupled with the fact the room was single glazed gave rise to a lot of condensation. They were good enough to supply us with a portable heater however this like all the other appliances in the room wasn't Portable Appliance Tested for safety.

Stayed here for the second time. A very clean comfortable and welcoming little hotel in an easily accessible location. Parking on roadside right outside was free overnight. All staff were very helpful and professional.

we had a lovely stay at this hotel, it was comfortable, spacious and decorated lovely. Plenty of milk for teas and coffees which usually you have very little in most hotels. Air conditioning. Deep bath and relaxing shower. 10/10. Will defo be visiting again in future!

Lovely boutique hotel within easy each of shops, restaurants and the beach. Lovely comfortable room and very friendly and courteous staff. We found a parking nearby which was convenient although not cheap at £17.50 for 24 hours.

We have stayed in the Charm several times over the last 5 years. Position is a 15 minute walk to the Lanes so very convenient. Everything always really clean, large bed and quality linens. Would definitely recommend

Lovely hotel, very friendly staff. Large double room with super comfy bed and pillows. Buffet breakfast with lots of choice for both hot and cold. Great position just a few minutes from the seafront and a great location for Kemptowns bars, restaurants and shops.

Highly recommend if you want a comfortable, friendly, no frills stay in a place maintained at a high standard. We had a very warm welcome from Aya (sp?) who was gracious and helpful to us in our exhausted and jet lagged state. Other staff members were very helpful with questions as well. Room 21 is on the third floor, which is quite a few stairs (no lift/elevator) so if you have any mobility challenges keep that in mind when booking. Spotlessly clean, the room had 2 chairs, table, bed with side tables, luggage stand, and mini fridge. A closet had hangers, safe, kettle with tea/coffee and one cupboard. There is no dresser so your clothes stay in your bags. Mattress is on the firm side. The bathroom is narrow with a powerful shower that has plenty of hot water. The sink is quite small with room for a toothbrush and little else as there isn't a countertop or vanity. No area for products or toiletry bags except one shelf above the toilet. Of course this is an older building and with that comes creaky floorboards and the occasional noise of another room's door closing as people are leaving in the morning. No needless bright lights from electronics in the room as I have often encountered in hotels once all the lights are off and you've got into bed. St James Street around the corner has a Co-op and Morrisons for any snacks you may need as well as cafes and restaurants.

Our TV would not work. The TV service was not working. We tried watching several things and the TV stopped working about 15 minutes after the start of each show. Our fridge was not turned on for our arrival but we didn’t know this. Our food was spoiled. We were not given early check in as requested. We were given one small bottle of water between the 2 of us. We did not have enough towels. It did not feel like a nice hotel for us.
