We stay here every time we visit Brighton. Location is perfect as you’re in walking distance from the pier, shops, IKEA, Brighton Centre. Full use of the gym down stairs including pool, sauna and steam room. All beds are king size and comfortable. rooms have shower over baths or walk in showers. Superior rooms have fridges. The breakfast has a vast selection from cooked, omelettes, fruit, pastries, cereals and yogurts. There is a restaurant.

We’ve stayed here a number of times now and it’s always great. Rooms are a good size, breakfast is lovely, staff are helpful and it’s in a fab position for the beach, shops, restaurants etc. Pool and gym are an added bonus!

The entrance and atrium is impressive, but the rest, lifts, corridors, rooms - tatty and in need of a refresh. Surprised as this is supposed to be one of the brands ‘Royal’ hotels. Also wasn’t impressed that we were not warned of the fire alarm test that took place in Monday morning. That had us shooting out of bed thinking we had to evacuate. Anyway, will close this with a positive nite - it was nice to right in the middle of town and by the water - and although pricey, the parking underneath was convenient.

Great place great customer service great breakfast and very clean organized room we loved it the only think The room cleaning time was slow; we had to stay outside until 4 p.m, until they change the towels and clean the room, we will book at the same place again .

It was dirty, we found somones socks on the floor by our bed and toilet and toilet was dirty. Key card didnt work 3 times and our room was very far so on the last time i went to reception to fix it someone came back with me. I joked its a long walk to walk off the sticky toffee pudding i just ate.. your staff member said you will need to walk further than that.. wasnt sure how to take that

Friendly staff, good location, clean hotel.

Rooms were clean and location is excellent for seafront and Lanes shopping. Some of the rooms were a bit tired; my Mum’s door needed to be slammed to shut, and at 88 she didn’t have the strength needed. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Mum was worried about going away but staff were so helpful they took a lot of worries away!
