It is quite new, so everything works and looks nice. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly. There was sufficient (but expensive) parking. I found it hard to locate it. Coming in on 36 from the South, you cannot see the hotel name. Also the front desk looked like a concierge desk. Small and tucked away. Not obvious. Maybe it wasn’t the front desk but I didn’t see any other. But the staff there was helpful.

The breakfast was not worth $16 and you could have gotten better at a hotel that offered free breakfast.

It's a bit frustrating when you have to pay to park at this hotel when the garage is nearly empty to begin with. I was even charged to park my car while I was checking in. I wouldn't stay here again when there are other hotels just as nice that don't charge for such ridiculousness.

Good location,Very weird lobby. Shower would not drain. Should have received a discount due to this issue.

Checking in with Noah on Christmas Day was great. He made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. And with Bryce at the desk the next day, he was terrific! Bryce went out of his way to accommodate us before checking out. I couldn’t have asked for a better holiday stay! Well done.

It's clearly a business hotel but without some of the services of a business hotel, so it occupies a kind of strange place. It is super chic and charming and both the lobby and the rooms. but even the front desk lacks the efficiency or service you might expect. (Carry your own luggage? Pay a lot for parking in this small town? No town information?)

Great hotel. Clean, new, perfectly located in downtown Boulder. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The staff went out of their way to assist with anything asked.

The hotel itself was great, however, I did not realize there was a $18 a day charge to park my car. If I was in NYC, or San Francisco, I would expect that, but not in Boulder, Co. I will never stay there again.
