Nice hotel but was extremely disappointed with the noise from the room next door! Kids screaming running around as early as 6:00 am. No sleep for us and that was not a good thing!

Great lobby and seating area. Nice gym. Carpet was a little dirty in our room, maybe time for facelift in rooms, overall nice, will stay again.

I'll be back. Thank you really enjoyed the stay. Have a great year!

Great that's all I have No no more This is crazy Wow what else Ok the bed were nice

Its a good location in Boulder, very centrally located. the bed was comfy and the shower haf good water pressure. this is my third stay at this marriott.

good, value, good location, friendly staff, would stay again

Came out for a long weekend in Boulder to see a SF movie premiere. Good location, comfortable bed, nice amenities. Breakfast was pricey but options are close by.

Location was great for what we needed but there are far less expensive places nearby. We figured we were getting a real Marriott so we paid the extra $. The hotel needs a major update and it looks like there was some construction going on but not to the hotel itself. The heat stayed on all night and wouldn't turn off because the thermostat was broke. The room itself was clean but just very outdated, old and had cracks in walls and ceiling.

Comfortable quality accommodations. Would definitely go back again

great location, very comfortable! The pool was small with no one in it- but why would anyone want to swim in an indoor pool when they could be outside in Boulder, CO!!!!!

Parking was great. Average hotel. Nothing special, especially for the inflated price.

Couldn't have had a better stay! Stayed 4 nights with my wife and two teenage boys. We booked a room on concierge floor which cost a little more but so worth it for access to free breakfast, appetizers and dessert. Outstanding, friendly service by all staff. Pool and gym are very small but we used them both. Note that you don't have to pay $10/day to park unless you want to park in the underground garage. Plenty of free outdoor parking in back. Outstanding, central location. Walking distance to many restaurants and stores. Less than 2 miles from CU campus.

Very good location, friendly people, clean, nice environment ..

I was visiting my nephew who goes to CU! My sister recommended the hotel as well as the concierge room! Well, I loved it! I thought the room was extremely comfortable! I was by myself so I had a king size bed which was extremely comfortable. Since I had the concierge room, you go up to the 5th floor and they have snacks and drinks anytime you want to grab. Also, they have breakfast from Monday-Friday from 6-9 and appetizers on Sunday-thursday from 5-7:30! It's great! More importantly, the staff was fantasti, willing to help at anytime! They are very knowledgeable! I thought the bar staff was really outstanding as well! Perfect location! Easy to get around the lovely town!

We stayed on the concierge level(worth every extra dollar you have to spend!!), (They call it a deluxe room more like deluxe suite!, 1 king, mini-fridge, 338sqft 30sqm, living sitting area, wired internet for a fee) top floor in the SW corner. The room was huge and 2 out of 4 walls were windows. We had beautiful views of the foothills and mountains! Everyone was Extremely helpful and polite even the cab driver! In our room we had to pay for internet access but in the concierge lounge it was free. We had a few mechanical problems with the room but the staff expedited repairs the first day! We like to have drinks and snacks in our room and the concierge lounge provided our every wim or want so we didn't have to use any vending machines! Parking for a fee is below the hotel out of the weather, it was nice being able to park close to the elevator that took us to our room. Because we are from Rochester, NY the air was too thin for us to do much running around other than the planned wedding events that we were invited to for my nephews wedding. The 1st night we went to the Pub on Arapahoe St. for the rehersal dinner, 2nd day a outdoor amphitheater in the mountains above Boulder for the wedding, 2nd night the Boulderado for the reception, 3rd day my brothers new home on a golf course about 35 miles East of Boulder, 4th day we went gambling at Blackhawk, 5th day we went home. This hotel was the BEST part of my stay!

I usually stay at Marriott brand hotels because they guarantee you get a nice smoke-free room. The sheets don't smell like cigarettes and they don't spray stinky air freshener to cover up stale smoke in the room. This hotel met those requirements. I was disappointed in the overall decor of the hotel -- it felt "tired". It didn't live up to the Marriott brand image. The room should be about $100 a night maximum. Service is very friendly and accomodating.

Weekend anniversary trip that was wonderfully complemented by the hotel!

Requested room type was not accommodated. Had one king and the couch instead of the requested two queens. Didn't add to a four day business trip. Spa water also looked nasty. Didn't even get in.

When we checked in, they said they could only give us a room with a bed and a fold out couch (that was small) because we made our reservations on ORBITZ - even though we had reserved a room with two beds. With a lot of arguing, they switched us to a room with two beds. The guy said "this is why you shouldn't make reservations online, it's not a guarantee". They also had us checking out a day early- our reservation number. The staff here are unpleasant.

This is a very nice hotel in a great location..the staff was very accomodating and friendly. The only negatives were the small pool and the nightly charge for parking.
