Came for James arthur concert at 02 academy and we literally fell out of hotel and into queue for venue, brilliant staff beautiful breakfast the next day and staff couldn't so more for you, bringing anything extra with no issue

Whole hotel smells like weed, even our room have a very strong smell of weed which made myself and my partner feel very sick. Slamming of doors throughout the night made our room tremble which kept waking us up throughout the whole night as well as the fire alarms

We had an enjoyable stay at the Penta hotel , it had a refreshing feel to it with a touch of style , staff could not do enough for you. There were a few niggles in the room like toilet flush , hairdryer broken and TV remote batteries needing changing but nothing that really detracted to much from a nice stay. Location was good and pleased with the value for money. Would recommend to others and consider staying again

We really liked our room and the way it all looked. It was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good. The staff were helpful and friendly and the location is good. We think especially for the price that the hotel felt better than we expected.

Let me say from the moment I arrived just great service from all staff. Nothing to much and indeed what a great surroundings inside. Yes they have a car park but not that big but very good, breakfast was great and indeed would I stay again yes.

Could not fault anything. The breakfast was good but feel £30 for a couple is a little pricey. All the staff members were polite, friendly and very professional. The shower is the best shower I have ever had.

Only used it to say for a gig at the O2 as it was convenient. The room is in need of some TLC as there were several items with issues. The bathroom tap was loose, a glass shelf in the bathroom had dropped leaving a mouldy gap, a broken telephone socket, a broken light switch, a loose coat hook in the bathroom and finally the TV was awful. Extremely slow to do anything and the choice of channels very limited.

£15 every morning for breakfast £16 a day for parking under the hotel, £31 a day before you start !! I have stayed in many 4 and 5 star city hotels and never paid for hotel parking. The breakfast well you had a fair choice but certain items were not replenished like your pastries croissants for some reason we were in the restaurant by 8.15. The rooms were clean as for the complimentary soap and shampoo bag of goodies we didn't have that there was pump bottles of soap and shampoo which smelled really lovely. All staff were really lovely and friendly, it was the price of breakfast and the parking charge that would stop me from coming back .

Fab hotel and amazing staff. Will be my first choice hotel for both work and leisure from now on. Harriet and team are an asset to the hotel Quirky and relaxed, lovely decor. Security is great as in you have to use your key to enter each floor too.

Overall this hotel is fine if you are just staying for the night. Rooms are nice and quiet despite the hotel being very central and the showers are very good. Had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and it was all very tasty. Staff are friendly and helpful. WIFI in rooms is practically non-existent, very slow and couldn't get anything to load other than messenger. TV quality was very poor - faded colour and pixilated images. Tried to change the settings but was unable. All the communal areas (bar/restaurant) were very dark. Not really to my taste.
