The rooms and property condition is more deserving of 3 stars and not 4 stars. We were there for 3 nights and the staff didn’t clean the rooms properly. For day 2, we had asked them to just replenish the tea and coffee and supplies and even that wasn’t done. Day 3, the staff took the key we kept in the power slot. We had switched off the lights but wanted to charge the electronic devices. In general, I felt there is a lack of attention to details. Location of good and the main Birmingham train station is walkable There is a pool table at the bar also which is fun.
Rooms are way too small and clausterphobic . Best part is they give u free on demand movies .
