The hotel itself is brilliant smack bang in the middle of the night life rooms r very clean modern and very comfortable however the staff r quite rude we felt no smiles no warm greeting and very blunt no enjoy ur stay nothing infact they barked at us in a very rude manor when we asked a question it was no eye contact and one word answers all the way not on really this sort of customer service can actually ruin ur trip

Very impressed with this hotel. Nice large reception area with lots of staff on duty to book you in so no waiting. Given a great room on floor 10. Everything was very clean. The breakfast in the morning was amazing so much choice and well cooked. All the staff were very helpful. Would def. visit again.

Second time to stay here. great room great staff lovely food and a super location for the symphony hall and the Broad Street experience!!!!!!! Very informative receptionist and was given some complimentary vouchers for coffee drinks etc..great restaurants in the area too and if the nightclub scene is your bag well you are in the heart of it!

Great location for everything you would need, from shops, restaurants, bars, cinema, library and museum, too many things to list! We had to visit the Queen Elizabeth Hospital and that was'nt far in the taxi

I have stayed at this hotel a few times. It is a great location, the rooms are really clean and well equipped. The staff are really nice, in particular Anita who serves the Costa Coffee at the hotel bar, Anita was so helpful and very pleasant. I will defiantly be staying again.

Broad street has some road works but didn’t really impact on us. Walking distance to everything we needed, with super cheap breakfast across the road, easy access to the canal cruise and canal walks. Library, city centre, mailbox all an easy walk. Reception staff great. Reasonably priced parking next door. We didn’t eat at the hotel but menu llooked varied and the bar was sociable on a Tuesday night.

We have stayed here before. We booked this for Noel Gallagher gig, an executive room, the bed was comfy but awfully noisy with every slight move. Room was quiet and clean, bathroom could do with a few more goodies. Breakfast was good, plenty to choose

I was staying at the Britania at New Street Station which was really poor, in clean and had a odour of smoke, I checked in then left once I saw my room, I headed up to the Jury's which was well worth the extra money, £84 Britannia, £95 at the Jury's in, excellent hotel I would recommend to anyone

Spacious and comfortable room, but carpet dirty with stains. Breakfast completely self service but again OK. Nothing memorable. Possibly better deals to be found nearby. Responses to reviews are all identical giving the impression that nobody is really reading them at the hotel.

Excellent Conference team, able to meet your needs - going above and beyond my expectations. They were able to source AV leads and set up the room with ease which made my training experience Rooms refreshed regularly, great buffet lunch.
