Lovely hotel, but not so lovely beds.

Beautiful hotel, fantastic service, lovely room room and toiletries, however, extremely uncomfortable beds and pillows. We had a family suite and all 4 of us found the beds awful and were waking all night. The mattresses make you roll out the bed where they've obviously been so overused and they're dipped at the sides. Such a shame as it really is a lovely and very clean hotel, but at the end of the day, the beds let it down massively.

Nice stay.

Room was great and only negstive was thag the desk had some cosmetic damage. Breakfast, whilst nothing special, was also good. Location was also great with Resorts World literally next door.. will use again.
