SO many misses during our stay. My wife stayed previous yr when it was named/owned as Hotel La Tour & we were excited-despite the name changed. We, presumed staff & service would be the same. NOT the case. Upon arrival we saw obvious & large stains on carpet in the hallways & our room, our door locked looked damaged, lots of damage/dirt on surfaces. The bed was (which seemed to be 2-twin beds pushed together w/a flimsy mattress pad) such a bad night's sleep. NONE of the 6 pillows matched & were completely uncomfortable. There were spoons under the chaise lounge (apparently from a previous stay) we noticed 1st day but left until after our 1st room cleaning to see if it'd be retrieved--NOPE. NO FRIDGE, unless "exec suite"-unlike La Tour!! Early on in our stay, while working one morning, all power went off. After waiting for 30mins I decided to go to front desk for answers. I was given several differing, unclear & inaccurate answers about what was happening, when service would be back up & our options; including an employee who told us that he couldn't help us as he had not yet clocked in-though he was standing behind the desk. More than 4hrs later power was returned but I could not take a shower for another 1.5hrs b/c the water ran red/brown & cold. Frntdesk staff, specifically night were short & often unhelpful. Lounge staff were blah. Watch fee for rm srvc!, asking frntdesk for help is SPOTTY at best. Usually prefer not to give neg reviews but really, this stay was rough!

New hotel, very clean, digital access key, walking distance to shops, restaurants and other point of interest. Restaurant owned and managed by Marco the well known celebrities chef. I love the hotel and will definitely come back !
