I loved the room it was very nice & clean High ceilings , very private, theres a cafe next door which was really dope too i definitely enjoyed myself

Room was updated and nice. Lobby is large. Staff very friendly.

Great locations. Friendly staff. Clean room with everything you need!

Missing hair drayer and thin walls. Could hear neighbors talking.

Odd hotel location, not easy to find. Building is in need of updating. Strange smell in the hallway. Security person stationed in the hallway spending time on her phone. Was not reassuring to see a security person stationed in the hall at all. However, the check-in staff was very nice. Room was big, clean, quite and comfortable. Overpriced for the location and overall state of the property.

A very nice hotel. Great staff, very helpful, great location.

Difficult to find but once you get there it's a good hotel. The staff is accommodating, the facility well laid out, bright and clean.

Easy access if you are going to Sinai Hospital. Fine for business travlers. Front desk staff very helpful. It would be nice if breakfast was included. The bed was just ok — needs to be updated. Comfortable

Excellent accommodations overall. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall the hotel was good. The location worked great for me and I liked the little shops next to the hotel. The hotel staff was terrific. I was disappointed that it felt like the hotel was mid-renovation. The toilet in the room was stained, the elevator call buttons didn't have covers on them, the elevator door looked like it had paint scraped off and the TV remote batteries seemed to be going out.

The are where the hotel is located and the pleasantness of the staff are about the only 2 things this hotel has going for it. The hotel building and amenities are old and showing their age - scratches and chipped doors with a few too many layers of paint, slow, bumpy, noisy elevators, faded and worn carpets and lobby furniture, etc. While the size of the room was large and convenient, the bathroom was miniscule, banging my head on the door while on the toilet - for some reason, the toilet seat paint was peeling too - You'd think it more economic to simply replace the seat instead of painting it? As for the the beds, Radisson has invested in "Sleep Number" mattresses and this was my first time trying one of them. Thank you Radisson for letting me try one of these torture tables before wasting my money on one! No matter what setting I tried, and I tried them all, this was without hesitation the most uncomfortable mattress I've ever slept on, including my years in the military. Thankfully, we only had one night there because a second night would have been unbearable. Though we had planned to have breakfast in the hotel before checking out (not included in the already overpriced cost), by the time morning came around we preferred to just leave and stop at a diner for a proper breakfast and decent coffee. I expected a lot more and much better from Radisson, especially for the price...

Had a wonderful time the staff was very friendly food was good the bed was amazing clean courteous and very accommodating

Secluded. Courteous and pleasant staff. No fridge.

My Divine and spiritual experience at the Radisson Hotel has not only shed light on the Perfection of modern-day hospitality but has brought me closer to my inner self and the universe.

Great location. Beautiful gardens and pool. Excellent spa. Rooms comfortable and clean. Good restaurant with excellent service. Only problem was delay in posting bills to the room.
