Terrible hotel and staff
Nothing it was terrible i wont be goin back it was dirty smelley it was the worst i even went to the store for products to clean my room.
I only stayed 5 minutes. It was most disgusting dirty room ive been in. I live in 5 dollar mexican motels much nicer. Seats were disgusting, smoke alarm churping from bad battery, sheets had stains and body hair window had a hole in it so mice bugs could walk in room. Staff yelled at me when i left i felt threatened 3 guys cursing for me leaving.
BEWARE...A work colleague and I arrived at this hotel for a preconfirmed and prepaid 1 night reservation, and upon arrival at 625pm were informed by the staff that having not reconfirmed our existing and prepaid reservation by 6pm on day of arrival, they had proceeded to give our rooms away to someone else. It’s been many years since I’ve had to reconfirm a hotel reservation, and would be an impossibility to require that for such a low class of hotel as this Midtown Inn. Orbitz fixed the issue and put us up in a much nicer hotel near the airport and I encouraged them to drop Midtown Inn from their catalog immediately.
Sound like hustlers was renting rooms just wasn’t Comfortabl parking was bad my car got towed It needs to be upgraded sorry about my Experience then the price for the model was a mess its a No!!!!!
the food was expensive at the restaurant the internet suck
The hotel is old and run down. Holes in the bedding, curtains, shower surround, and such. The floor is uneven under the carpet. The back of the electronic door lock that reads the keycard was open inside the room, and I had trouble getting into the room sometimes and had to tap the keycard a couple dozen times before it would open. There was a plastic bag over the smoke detector. The room did not have a cigarette smoke odor, although the hotel did have an odd old food odor. The hotel is also dirty and neglected. The carpet in my room looked like it had not been vacuumed in weeks. There was some mysterious black gunky spots on the toilet seat. There were colorful splashes on the inside of the bathroom door and miscellaneous debris around on the floor. My room was not attended to at all the first three full days I was there. The fourth full day, someone did make the bed, empty the trash, and provide fresh towels, but did not replace the spare toilet paper (which I then ran out of) or the empty tissue box. Nor did he/she vacuum the floors. Sirens were blasting all throughout the night. You hear every street sound. The bed and pillows were hard. The TV had to be unplugged to not glow all night with instructions to turn on the cable. I had to wait quite a while for someone to come to the front desk to check me in. The wifi was unusable because it was so slow/ unresponsive.
Terrible hotel. Terrible accommodations. Dirty. Fire detector beeped the entire visit. Felt sheets were not clean. It is worth the extra $500 to stay somewhere else.
I stayed there a few days with no issues. Was able to check in and out just fine. There is no parking, though they do let you stop in front of the entrance for 15 minutes to unload your car. It is also right next to a noisy street, and I could hear everything. Sadly couldn't use ear plugs because of an ear infection.
The hotel location was the biggest plus. It was within walking distance of the stadiums which was the biggest draw. The hotel was old which is what I expected in BWI but rooms were clean enough but slept on top of the comforter. The bed in one of the rooms we rented was on a slant as the floor was crooked? Staff was really nice but not available when we needed something during the day. A " we will be back soon" sign was left with a number to call that no one answered. As we booked last minute not thinking we would make the trip, we didn't expect a whole lot
came to Baltimore to party. they had the best rates. Can't complain. wasn't in the room for more then 3 hours. I slept fairly well. Not the cleanest but also not the dirtiest hotel I've been in
Clean room and friendly staff. Location is great. Only downside is breakfast is nothing special.
The staff was friendly, room was clean. My room had the sink in the room instead of with the bathroom. Not but 10-15 min walk to harbor and stadium so location was not bad.Ok for one night, two would be pushing it. 70.00 is not a lot but almost too much for this room. But if you are using it for a quick stay, then this is ok...get what you pay for that is for sure
cheap price but bad condition. Near to downtown but not safe
Nice neighborhood. Friendly owners but place is a dump in need of much renovation. Smells bad.
Needs repairs I would not recommend this place to a friend
The hotel itself was decent, can use a little fixing up though, staff was nice, theres no refrigerator s in the rooms and the ice machine was broken, thw continental breakfast consisted of white or raisin break, cold cereal, coffee and sunny d,other than those small issues, the overall stay was good and i would stay again
You get what you pay for. Staff needs improvement.
We had a wedding to attend in Baltimore and the hotels the bride recommended were all booked out. This hotel was perfectly located and did the trick. There is no elevator and, as it is June, it got a bit warm during the night as the portable air conditioner was not doing the best job. However, it was reasonably priced for a big Oriole game weeked and we were relieved to find it!
Old but cheaper compared to other places. This place is only a 15 min walk from downtown/inner harbor area. Also, a bus station is right across the street for quick and handy access as well. The staff member was nice one day then unfriendly.. Overall, I enjoyed the stay. (WiFi was really bad FYI)

IT IS ALL FALSE. OFTEN GUESTS FROM EXPEDIA FINISH THEIR APPOINTMENTS WITH THEIR PARTNERS WITHIN THE FIRST 2 TO 4 HOURS AND THEN LOOK FOR EXCUSES TO CLAIM REFUND. THE GUEST THAT IS BEING REFERRED TO, WHEN DENIED REFUND, STAYED FULL NIGHT AND CHECKED OUT NEXT MORNING BY 11AM
