Good location, friendly and helpful staff, decent food, and perfect for actually resting when not working
Only a few glitches but we loved our stay anyway. The room and beds were very comfortable. Room service never picked up our breakfast order one morning and we requested more towels and shampoo through their texting device abd they never came. Still loved our stay.
Good restaurants around 2 blocks Chic n safe neighborhood $7 Lift ride to Hopkins conference site
A fine hotel located conveniently in the heart of Baltimore. We will be using it many times in the future when we visit our children and grand children who live in nearby Charles Village, Baltimore. The hotel's staff are uniformly warm, friendly and helpful.
This was my first visit/stay at a Hotel Indigo property. I have to say I am hooked and will definitely return and book my stay with Hotel Indigo Baltimore. The most comfortable stay I have ever had at any hotel I have stayed with in my life. The rooms are quiet, the staff very helpful and friendly, everyone on staff speaks to you. the convenience to surrounding areas couldn't be better. Easy access to parking deck directly across the street from the property. Great jobs guys!! See you again soon!!
We did not want to leave our lovely, comfy room. The beds and linens were heavenly and the room was pretty and bright. All the staff were warm and friendly. It is a great place to really see downtown Baltimore. Don't miss the very nearby Walters Art Museum. Some might find the neighborhood a little gritty- it's a big city after all. We felt safe and enjoyed our stay.
From my check-in at this hotel, everything was smooth. We were greeted by friendly staff & had no issues. Tiba the valet/door man was extremely helpful & friendly with his recommendations on where to eat & places to visit. The room that we stayed in was amply spacious and cozy. The only problem with the room was, there was no place to hang towels. (that's my only issue) But if they want to replace towels each day, I'm ok with that. The Poets Restaurant inside of the Hotel was awesome. We ordered the Crabcake platter which was amazing. I highly recommend them. We visited a couple museums which one was in walking distance. The Baltimore harbor is a good walk away but in warm weather is shouldn't be a problem. All in all, this hotel is in a pretty good location, is small but cozy, is newly renovated & has a very friendly staff.
For only being open for three months -- they did a really great job. I would change a couple of things, but they got it right on the staff they picked, and the service provided. I would definitely go back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We have had good experiences with Indigo hotels in the past, and this was another good one. The hotel is in a great location in Baltimore, in the mt. Vernon area, close to the Mt. Vernon Plaza, the Walters Art Museum, the Basilica and walking distance to the Inner Harbor. The building is the old YMCA, fully renovated, when we were there there were a few floors that were in the process of being finished. Good value for the money.
New hotel in a nice location, near Inner Harbor, lots of restaurants nearby. Very reasonably priced. Very friendly staff.
