The carpets were dirty. Room wasn't painted or the walls weren't clean. There were bugs all over in the bathroom and a girls underwear was hanging on the shower curtain which could be a break reason.. I wanted to go down and ask for refund but the guy at the front desk was pretending he doesn't understand. I told another guy at front desk in the morning and he told me to contact orbitz :/
The lady who checked me in was rude and unfriendly and the old man who checked me out was worse and an angry old man at that. My room was outdated had roaches in the bathroom. My window view was an overgrown back parking lot with shopping carts everywhere. People were walking in and out of the back woods doing who knows what. The curtains had holes. There was only a sheet on the bed.
AC it not function properly. Pay more and stay somewhere else..
very bad customer service first and inside is very dirty ,elevator is not working and the stair is dark with shame!!!
Lights were not working brown could have been cleaner a condom wrapper on the floor and some smoking crap on the floor in the bathroom Smh laundry did not work stairwells was stinky and dank One won't even had a dirty washcloth
Never would i recommend anyone to stay here ! Doors don't work and too many gangsters loiter the corridors and harass ppl.
The elevator is dirty with chicken bones, candy wrap. Heat is too hot for this time of the year.
There was garbage everywhere - halls, elevator, parking lot. Lights and appliances in the suite were not working. The door to the rear outside of the building was stuck open and definitely not secure.
The hotel put me in the tower building. The doors were supposed to be secure, left open all the time.People coming in and out all night, slamming doors and talking real loud.It all comes down to you get what you pay for'. Never again. Never got clean towels or bed made.
please stay away , peolpe break into car , hallway smell like shitt ,room dirty, everything need refection,
The picture is misleading but you shouldn't expect more for $48/night. The hotel smells horrible, like someone died there and they're covering the smell with excess fragrance and cleaning. We bought our own bath towels from the Target across the street. The power sockets do not work properly. Poor lighting in the room, I think this is where the pros take their Johns. Bring shower shoes, Clorax wipes, and sheets.
Just a day to get away from my busy life back at home. To be relaxed and noise free.
This was by far the worst Hotel I have ever stayed in.None of the amenities were available. There exposed electric outlets. No hangers in closet. The battery was hanging from the front door. The place had many people hanging around I suppose many of them find residence in this place. I even took all my belongings with me when I went out for fear of theft. All the carpets were filthy inside and outside the room as well as trash in plastic bags on each floor with large ashtrays on each floor. There is so much more but overall totally disgusting. So much in fact, that I even took photos to complain about in the future.
It is important that places exist for people who don't have much money for accommodations, but I would expect certain standards even then. This hotel consistently left trash in bags at the back entrance (which was nearest our room) or overflowing the trash can. The floor of the elevator was sticky detritus was on the floor, especially in the corners. The stairways also needed to be swept. In the entrance, wall paper was hanging from the wall. The room itself was acceptable. I dealt with the staff only on check in and when asking for wireless login info. They were not particularly friendly one, who was sitting behind the check-in desk, stared at me without break. This was a bit unnerving.
Dingy dusty dirty. Busted window. Towels like cardboard rude staff iron did not work bed uncomfortable. Seedy hotel lots of strange weird people hanging around unsafe atmosphere
A breakfast was included in my booking, but the hotel manager said they do not provide breakfast. Room is in poor condition, bathroom is not very clean.
I enjoyed myself there, clean and peaceful. I would recommend this hotel to every one I Know thank you.
not as spected, don't have breakfast at all. poor attendance at the loby, dirthy carpet, pillows not confortable.
