The bathroom door had a closet door know so we couldn't lock the door. AC vent was broken. Bathroom exhaust didn't work. There was another door in the room that supposedly led to the supplies closet but for all I know that could be a door to the next room. Didn't feel secure. I showed the bathroom lock to the front manager and he took a picture of it. Not sure if anything would be done to fix it. Asked for another room and was told no rooms available. There was no manager present to address our concerns and no discount was given. Will not stay there anymore.

You get what you paid for. Price was good. Breakfast good. Bed was comfortable. Coffee maker was old and pot leaked. Limited supply of regular coffee. Clocks were not set and not working. Shower head came off when trying to adjust. No soap for sink, just the pump bottles in the shower. Had to move due to a malfunctioning motion sensing light in the room. In the new room, the lamp on/off control was to plug/unplug the lamp. On check-in, credit card was charged $100(deposit) and a mysterious $118.20 charge. Messaged hotel and responder denied any extra charge even though it was on my bank statement. On day of check out, I received a bank notification regarding a charge of $118.20 from Day's Inn that was declined, thankfully. Messaged hotel again and responder was dumbfounded regarding the charge. Statement later showed a credit of $118.20 from Day's Inn. $100 deposit was charged to my credit card on check out and now I have to wait 3 to 7 days for it to post to my account when the mysterious charge was credited that day. Wish I could have attached images to show the responder the mysterious charge and not have to put up with a bit of an attitude.

This is our 2nd stay at the hotel and we have been beyond pleased with each visit. The room was huge and clean. Everyone that worked at the hotel was wonderful. Breakfast was amazing!

This hotel is not fully represented in the beautiful photographs. What is not shown is the adjacent motel portion of the property, which has not been updated and is far less inviting. My wife was traveling alone and was booked for two nights, but had to change lodging arrangements and check out early due to a fight outside her door and neighboring guest being loudly evicted at 3AM. We have yet to hear back from the hotel manager.

Housekeeping never came to my room even after I mentioned it to the staff. The plumbing was bad, sink was clogged and staff said there was nothing they could do, not even offer a different room.

hotel was close to site desired to visit. Problems with facility: the door latch would not completely release had to shoulder the door to open after it unlocked (management advised, repair to occur after I left), no binder with rules, channel guide or local food service, satellite service very bad (possible weather issue). Mattress sagged in the middle either flip it or replace it. COVID limited breakfast selection.

HORRIBLE staff. The police were called to this place. The front desk agent was very rude and took an extra deposit out of my account. When i asked to explain this to me, she was EXTREMELY rude, would not answer my questions, cursed me and fiance out. I called tbe police and the officer said he has been to this facility 3-5 times a week due to complaints like mine. I will NEVER stay here or at another days inn again. I have never been treated like this before. It was HORRIBLE and she should be fired. Two employees there even said she was rude!! Patricia is horrible and has the worst customer service

Good Afternoon Theo,The bathroom door is wood and our closet doors are a full length mirror, and none of those rooms in the exterior building have doors on the closet. I actually was on premises working with my night auditor, and he was correct we were completely sold out on Saturday evening when you contacted us at 4:30 am, we offered to move you on Sunday and you said your leaving o Sunday. None of our rooms connect to another room in the exterior building. The door has been fixed and is working perfectly. We do appreciate you letting us know.Stay Safe this holiday

Good Afternoon Sir,Not once did I give you an attitude over e-mail, I explained we did not charge your credit card 118.20 that actually is what the third party you booked with was charged on their MasterCard and your Visa card was charged the 100.00s security deposit that we explained to you when you sent me a message about your daughter was coming not you and I explained that all to you. I searched all my credit card charges and no charge to you Visa card came from this Hotel. As for your Security Deposit no refunds are given on a weekend and it does take 3-7 BUSINESS days... Now I have an attitude but never did I speak in any matter to give you that impression over email. Now your telling me that the mysterious charge of 118.20 declined when you clearly told me we charged your card... You did not even stay here your daughter did, so you have no knowledge of anything in this hotel. I was in your daughters room coffee maker was fine, shower head was fine and there is a bar of soap in every room on the bath mat on the tub with shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and body wash on the counter. and if you need more we keep an ample supply at the desk.Enjoy your day
