Great customer service, very clean! Debbie(Shift manager) was just amazing, Will be back!

This is our 2nd stay at the hotel and we have been beyond pleased with each visit. The room was huge and clean. Everyone that worked at the hotel was wonderful. Breakfast was amazing!

This hotel is not fully represented in the beautiful photographs. What is not shown is the adjacent motel portion of the property, which has not been updated and is far less inviting. My wife was traveling alone and was booked for two nights, but had to change lodging arrangements and check out early due to a fight outside her door and neighboring guest being loudly evicted at 3AM. We have yet to hear back from the hotel manager.

Housekeeping never came to my room even after I mentioned it to the staff. The plumbing was bad, sink was clogged and staff said there was nothing they could do, not even offer a different room.

Problems with facility: the door latch would not completely release had to shoulder the door to open after it unlocked (management advised, repair to occur after I left), no binder with rules, channel guide or local food service, satellite service very bad (possible weather issue). Mattress sagged in the middle either flip it or replace it. COVID limited breakfast selection.

HORRIBLE staff. The police were called to this place. The front desk agent was very rude and took an extra deposit out of my account. When i asked to explain this to me, she was EXTREMELY rude, would not answer my questions, cursed me and fiance out. I called tbe police and the officer said he has been to this facility 3-5 times a week due to complaints like mine. I will NEVER stay here or at another days inn again. I have never been treated like this before. It was HORRIBLE and she should be fired. Two employees there even said she was rude!! Patricia is horrible and has the worst customer service

Location is close to Fort Meade Md. Also close to Laurel Shopping Center.

Good property and very good and accommodating property.

Staff was exceptional. Gentlemen who checked us in was polite, professional, very helpful, and knew his job.

You have staff members that don't want to work or when you call them they hang up the phone or don't want to give you any direct answer.... it wasn't all of them but it was just one lady who was very rude...

Staff is very rude. Sink clogged. TV channels not working. No parking spots to park. Don’t stay here.

At checkout male at the counter just ignored me, never greeted or acknowledged I was there kept grabbing paperwork then eventually just said need anything, when I told him I was checking out he just grabbed the key cards and walked away without saying anything else. The WiFi is one of the worst I have ever seen, couldn’t even open a simple email because it would stop working. The exterior building rooms are loud from traffic and other vehicles, asked staff it they were noisy and they said no.

Helped get a great rate to extend stay. Guest laundry unsecured.

I didn’t like the fact that my family and myself got ate up by bed bugs. Nice hotel but they need to get rid of the bugs. I really would like to be refunded.

Mr. Duffy, As I have refunded your wife and apologized this is not something that happens all the time, the fight between husband wife was not outside her door it was up on the 2nd floor inside the room, we called the police and had them removed from property, we do not tolerate this to happen and we reacted within minutes to get the issue corrected immediately, we took care of your wife and accepted our generosity of a full refund. Good afternoon, Thank you for your comments and the score you have rated us, I looked through all our daily logs and I see nothing reported about the door, if you could give me the room number it would really help to get this repaired ASAP. As for the guide on our Cable TV it is on the TV when you turn it on it scrolls all channels available and what is playing. We have menus at the front desk for all our guests... and as for our mattresses again I just need your room number to get this replaced. We are working on getting the breakfast area back up and running as soon as possible. We appreciate your business and all your comments, we do hope to see you soon again.
