Excellent property

We had a great experience with our kids and their friends (all teenagers). We would highly recommend this property. The shuttle system was very convenient and allowed us to travel over to Beaver Creek without any issues. Blair was wonderful to work with and was very attentive.

Fantastic! Loved this place!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful, yet comfortable house. Six of us stayed in the house and felt we had plenty of room. The bunk bed room had plenty of drawer and closet space for the two adults that stayed in that room. Loved that each bedroom has an en suite bathroom AND that the bathroom off the main area also has a shower. The hot tub worked perfectly. Blair and Colin were very responsive and helpful! We would definitely rent this house again. (Note: Though it isn’t exactly ‘ski in / ski out’; it is very close to the ski lift and within walking distance.)

Walk to skiing.

This is a nice house near Roughlock and is a walk down a cul de sac and a little up the main road to the ski run. Although technically possible to ski in, if enough snow, it isn’t really a ski in-ski out but appears in that category on the app. The renters are very nice and attentive, especially Colin who was our main contact during the stay. The main bedroom and bath are quite large and the second bedroom is significantly smaller with an inferior bathroom. It’s hard to tell on the pictures as you can only see the shower in the reflection in the mirror. The kids room and full bath by the kitchen are all all nice and modern but we felt bad for the other couple we brought when we figured out the lopsided aspect of the bedroom/bath situation. I made the same mistake as other reviewers and assumed we could use the garage in the picture until re-reading the check-in instructions after arrival.

Wonderful Property, Great location, Beautiful views

This house was perfect for our family on space and location. House is very cozy and the 4 bathrooms was a huge plus! My only con, it isn't truly a ski in ski out property and the hot tub was broken during our stay which is no ones fault it happens but we were looking forward to a private hot tub after full days of skiing. Overall we would definitely go back and stay at this property. Loved that is was so close to the Ritz as we love the restraunts and outdoor sitting areas there. Dial a ride was very easy to use as well. The owners were very attentive and easy to work with.

Very nice property up on the hill in Bachelor Gulch

Well appointed personal home with a great view. Pros included spacious great room and well appointed kitchen (all Viking and Bosch appliances), four full baths, hot tub, humidifiers for each bedroom, individual heat controls for all rooms, heated garage for skis, and a Shiatsu massage chair! We had problems with the hot tub (wouldn’t work for two days) and heat stopped working in one bedroom. Owner was gracious and prompt in trying to address problems. Cons included only exterior parking for cars as garage was not to be used (this was listed in the fine print but photo shows garages so assumed we had access to the garage for parking), only four towels for hot tub (6 in our party) and third bedroom was too small to accommodate the two bunk beds leaving little room for luggage and people. Also, the TV did not get ESPN which made watching football over the holiday weekend difficult. We had to stream football games on our own devices. Unit is not really ski in-out. Slopes are about 100 yards away. Not difficult, but not ski in/out. All told, we enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. We were 2 families of four each, and had plenty of space to spread out. The house is warm and cozy, and the owners could not be more accommodating or helpful. We will definitely return here when we come back!

Great home for the family

Great house for our family of 7. We had a wedding in Vail andI knew that we would be going back-and-forth a bit during our five-day stay but we didn't mind since it is only 15 to 20 minute drive. The owners were very attentive and willing to help whenever and whatever necessary. We love the area and the fact that we were able to Have access to the pool at the Ritz.
