The room was dirty. There was someone's HAIR stuck to the shower walls. When advising the front desk, it was the most nonchalant and could care less response i have ever heard. Almost as if I was blind and wasnt seeing what I saw in the nasty, filthy bathtub. I was so disgusted with the whole experience that I just checked out and left. Worst experience ever.

Front desk were nice and welcoming. However, the majority do not follow CDC requirements wearing face mask and sanitizing common areas. Housekeepers knock with no face mask or gloves and want to clean your room, I requested that they wait to create 6ft distance and didn't even care.. Instead I spent the rest of my stay without housekeeping, no fresh towels or trash emptied in my room. On the elevator, the workers crowed and expected guests to join them in the elevator while they had no face coverings and was talking within 3 ft of one another in a small elevator. wearing a mask is to protect your neighbors too! I was not happy and felt uncomfortable with my stay just simple based off the negligent of management and reassuring EVERYONE is contrubuting to fight covid.

This is a nice hotel, however the carpet in my room was extremely nasty and there was even a huge dead roach that left me disgusted all night. I put a do not disturb sign on my door and housekeeping still ignore it and tried to barge in my room at 9 in the morning! Check out is at 12. That was absolutely ridiculous. Lady at the front desk however was extremely nice and attentive

I thought it was gonna be a nightmare when the front desk did not have any signature bake cookies... but low-and-behold the front desk rep bake a fresh batch just for me. The comfort of the beds are “THE BEST” you will most definitely sleep like a baby. However, the structure of the room really needs updating. The ceiling had a water stain like it just leaked. The furniture is a bit outdated, and they need to change the water head in the shower. Other than that, the place is very comforting. I would most definitely stay at the Country Inn Suites ANYTIME.
Toilet ran almost all night, preventing some much-needed rest. A/C was SO loud and blew so hard I had to turn it off to rest, and then room was hot. Overall condition is a little old. But staff was friendly.
The hotel was nice and clean. Loved that it was close to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay again. Even though it is close to the interstate it is quiet.
Friendly staff, the desk clerk was very welcoming and professional. Our room was clean and bed very comfortable. Will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.
There are similarly priced places close by that are nicer. The pool was closed the whole time we were there and we picked this place over others solely because of the indoor pool. All front desk workers were super nice. The bed was comfy but the bathroom was a little dingy. The breakfast area was overcrowded and small.
The breakfast was ok, but the only fruit was grapes. Pool out of order which played a large part in our decision to stay there. An offer of a discount for a future stay at their chain would have gone over well.

The room and staff were fine but the events of our stay were peculiar. I was woken up at 4am by someone trying to get in my room with their key. At 6am a note was slid under my door to call the front desk at my earliest convenience. The note wasn't even on hotel stationary. When we left for the day (2 nite say) the front desk was questioning our change of rooms. We never changed rooms. Back at the end of the day our room hadn't been cleaned. I guess they thought we'd changed rooms. Fortunately someone was still there from housekeeping to refresh our room. The second day there was no hot water for a shower. I heard other guests complaining of the same. The manager was very apologetic for the events of our stay but there are lots of places to stay in Augusta so next time we will try elsewhere.
