Property is being renovated so the room we reserved wasn’t available. Hotel had limited staff so our room wasn’t cleaned for a week. Unacceptable for the price charged.
The staff was amazing and friendly! The condition of the hotel-marginal. Elevators were questionable. Rooms were a nice size, but the walls were paper thin. Had to call front desk both nights -after 11:30 to get noise to stop. Then they charged me for parking and I didn’t have a car!!! So very disappointing!

We had a wonderful experience from check-in to check-out. Every person we had the pleasure of talking with was hospitable and professional. We greatly enjoyed relaxing by the pool, the comfy bed, and dining in the restaurant. I would definitely stay again.

AC inside the room makes so big sound and could not sleep at all
The wait to check in was insane. The room was filthy. The bedroom door wouldn't close because the bed was in the way. When we pulled the sofa bed out, it only left a few inches to access the bathroom. The bathroom wasn't cleaned when we arrived; there was urine and hair on the seat and stains inside the toilet. It was extremely noisy, and the view was awful. The restaurant was terrible and a ripoff. Several staff members were great.
