The carpets in my room were filthy and stained, the wooden dresser was noticeably damaged and coffee maker had 6 roaches in it..I’m beyond disgusted.

No food on site, unfriendly staff with poor customer service, seems like a hangout spot for locals and staff’s friends. Trouble with check in. Key cards didn’t work. Had added additional night but housekeeping tried to kick us out cuz of no communication between them and front services.
We were only there for a short while but the stay was nice.
Friendly staff and reasonable price
There were a lot of activities going on around and in the hotel that are not good or safe for families. Their website showed they serve breakfast but when we asked they said oh no we don’t do all that. Just coffee. We had to ask for towels as well as a lot of other guests. And we only stayed one night. That was enough. The room itself was fine but I would not recommend this specific hotel.
My entire trip there my room never got cleaned
Bed was hard as a Rock!!! Stains on sheets A/C not working will never go back! Had to check out early rather pay a extra 30 a night and sleep good don’t recommend
Very convenient location for asian food. Only one elevator worked so wait can be long.

There was roaches in my room, I asked to be switched to another room and the staff said they wouldn’t be able to until 2am, they were friendly but the room was nasty and full of roaches, use to stay there all the time but probably won’t stay there there anymore
