I stayed at this property a few years back when it was Hyatt Place so I guess made the mistake of thinking the hotel would still be in same or similar condition. Looks like the property has gone way down hill. One of the first things that I noticed was the dirty lobby. Floors dirty needed to be mopped carpet in lobby needed vacuum left over food trash on the tables. New owners seem to be super cheap. No upgrades or up keep to property, room sofas dirty unkept needs replacement. Hall carpet dirty coming up in areas hallway dark dingy. Only hard uncomfortable mattresses. Showers need to be redone. A Lack of linens and towels. Sofa bed wore out smells. Only one elevator works has scratched out graffiti. Parking lot lights seem to work every other day for saving money I guess but safety hazard. Breakfast very basic with old microwaves staff says have no more food shutting breakfast down way before time. Over all disappointed

The mattress was absolutely horrible! The condition of the hotel was very poor. Bleach stained furniture, stains on the carpet, elevator panels needed replaced. Everything was old and poorly maintained. I will never stay there again. If you’re considering it, and like a run down Days Inn or a Motel 6, then this is good for you. If not, this is definitely not the place for you.

I had what I needed like a good sleep and bathroom with shower. However, this facility deserves a deep cleaning and remodeling. Smokey smell everywhere especially in the elevator and halls. Fixtures and wallpaper are loose or coming off. Staff was very kind and attentive. Breakfast was very meager.

Pictures do not match. Had to which rooms. First room couldn’t even walk in when I opened door was hit with a hot mildew smell and carpet was dirty with black stains red spots that look like blood. And a large blue spot. The second room had red stains that look like blood on them I had to end up buying new sheets and cleaning products to clean bathroom. Rust in the shower tv didn’t work. And ended killing roach

This stay was absolutely horrible. It is nothing as described. Bad service, bad bad experience, the entire place smelled like smoke despite being a non smoking. There were customers yelling and banging on the doors trying to get an employees attention to help with the large number of people trying to check in. The hot water in our room did not work and when asked to change the staff said it would be an additional 50$ deposit. I asked for additional blankets for my kids and they gave us another sheet. Advised me to go buy my own. The bathroom door not close because the toilet is in the way. The toilet stayed running and everytime water was used in a surrounding room it would rattle through the pipes of the wall. I don’t believe the sheets were cleaned before use. The breakfast was one waffle maker with no syrup as they were out. No other food options available at the 8am serving. No fruit, nothing fresh. Pool was not available for use. Gym was not available for use. The “high rise view” I thought would be nice was just the parking lot from the 2nd floor. This place was awful and I feel bad taking my children there. There was yelling and fighting and cops all night.

First, hotel staffs were kind and had no problem talking with them. The problem is with the owner/management. Hotel needs some renovation/upgrade. The pictures of the room are deceiving because it looked different. When I arrived at the room, it smelled weird. The bathroom had hairs, indicating it wasn’t cleaned. Since none of the phones were working, I had to pack all my stuff and went to the front lobby to change the room. Second room didn’t have significant faults but the room still smelled weird. The overall feeling in the room was uncomfortable due to uncleanliness. Breakfast was complete disappointment. Owner was definitely being stingy with no protein (egg, sausage/bacon). Just waffles, fruits, breads, oatmeal, cereals, coffee, and juice. I had to get “another” breakfast. There were group of people snooping around the parking lot and bushes (who knows what they were doing). I would pay little more for cleaner, safer, and peace of mind.
