We loved our clean and comfortable room! The staff was more than pleasant and hospitable. We did however have very loud neighbors (in our hall) at night making it hard to sleep.

The location is so convenient, it's clean and the staff was so friendly. Definitely would stay there again.
The Assist Manager Libson was very rude during check in, he stated they do not take Chime cards because there prepaid cards. I had to educate him, I have the Chime credit card and it wasn’t pictured on the list of cards they don’t accept. I informed him my room was already prepaid through Expedia and he confirmed that was correct. After arguing, and being unprofessional in front of other guest. He said let’s see if the card works . It worked and he stated there is a $50 hold for incidentals. His tone and demeanor was very unprofessional. Room was half cleaned, and they ran out of towels. You have to bring your dirty towels downstairs to get more if you’re not staying 4 or more days is what I was advised. I checked in on 7/3/2021 and checked out on 7/5/3021 my credit had five attempts for various amount from this hotel. I ask the gentleman why is the hotel attempting to take more money from my card. He said it’s for taxes, but the amount weren’t even the correct amount and my room was prepaid. Please keep a eye on your card, when using it at this hotel. The staff isn’t knowledgeable about anything and the assist is a rude, unprofessional, and not pleasant to deal with at all. I asked him for a copy of bill to show a zero balance. He refused to get me a receipt stating I paid through Expedia so get it from them. The day before the gentlemen print me a receipt, when I asked why the hotel still attempting to take money from my card a day after check. I wouldn’t stay here again

Under construction and turned water off and couldn’t take shower.
The mattress was so so old and uncomfortable that when you move a bit it makes horrible noises making it impossible to sleep on it. Both I and my husband could not sleep all night and it ruined our Atlanta visit. When I told the staff she only told me to email the manager. I sent her an email with a photo she did not even reply. Terrible place to stay.
