It has a safe and secure feel. Very friendly front desk personnel.

The entire experience was just okay. We had issues checking in when we originally arrived...the room was okay and the stay was okay...there were no amenities available due to the pandemic.

Convenient location near food and groceries as well as the galleria

Had an issue with the AC when we checked in but the staff had it fixed immediately . Going through some renovations but the hotel was handling it pretty well.

The suite was one room with a queen bed and pull out sofa. There was a kitchenette with dishes! Breakfast offered lots of cold choices, plus scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits (and gravy) and a pancake maker.

Nice, good location just ok room. Furniture and fixtures dated. Not super business traveler friendly.

Nice hotel, staff and location. I accidenally left my reading glasses there and they graciously shipped to me at home. Thank you.

We wanted a place close to the hospital to welcome our new granddaughter. This hotel is extremely close, just a few blocks away.

Outside remodeling now...needs interior done very dated

Nice area. Very close to the event I was attending. Microwave needs to be replaced. Breakfast was so so.
