Needs some work, overall good hotel.

Something to address first. Overall it was a good stay. However, the floors in the bathroom were dirty having stains and hair. Bathtub could also be cleaned a bit more, as it had slight mold. Even the lobby's couches were needing a good clean. Staff were great to talk to and were very nice. Bed was clean, room was nice and cool from the get go. Everything else seemed good. The hotel is next to a wide variety of restaurants and things to do.

Our stay was absolutely terrible. After a very long day of traveling, the room next door came in during the middle of the night screaming and cursing. I tried calling the front desk, no one answered which caused me to go downstairs in the middle of the night. I spoke with the front desk and security. They immediately knew who I was talking about. I had children in the room and for them to hear what was coming from that room was completely unacceptable. For the amount the hotel charged per night the level of service was extremely low. I reached out to the manager after the stay and the best they were able to do was refund 20% of one of the two nights we stayed there. Overall, a terrible experience and do not recommend this property.

We arrived after 6 p.m. on Saturday and found a street parking nearby after a few loops around the area, as we didn’t plan to use the paid parking lot in the hotel basement. When we checked in, the front desk warned us that our car could be towed overnight and claimed that police often ignore the posted parking signs. This was unsettling and gave the impression that the area might be unsafe or that local enforcement is inconsistent. However, it later seemed more likely that the hotel staff was trying to pressure us into using their paid parking to generate extra income from guests. This experience left us feeling uneasy and skeptical about the hotel's intentions.
