Great location, nice rooms

Rooms were small but nice and clean. Staff was friendly and prompt. First room we stayed in did look over the middle of the building, and you couldn't look out at all, but it was quiet. When we stayed a second time, our room looked over the street, which was a little noisier, but not too bad. Great location to walk around downtown and the train stations are close by.

Great place to stay!

Hotel is walkable to train that takes you to the airport and to the cruise terminal. Safe area with lots to do within walking distance. Hotel staff was friendly and very attentive. Our room was very small, but we were only there for a night, so it was fine. It was clean and well appointed.

Fabulous hotel- we highly recommend

We loved the location, and the details in the room (a glass instead of plastic cups, plush bathrobes, nice toiletries, excellent room service). Breakfast was also excellent, but they had only three choices which didn’t change during our 5 night stay, so that got a bit repetitive.

To get to the parking lot, you fist have to stop the car in front of the hotel entrance door. The door man gets to you, pick-up your luggage and give you instructions to get to the parking lot. The instructions are very clear.

Very centrally located. Was able to walk everywhere we wanted from the hotel. It's two blocks away from train transit from airport so no need for taxi or other means of transportation. Very very friendly staff. The rooms are on the small side but very comfortable and very clean. the complementary breakfast was fresh and very good. It didn't feel cheap. I will definitely stay here again when we come back to Vancouver.

The parking situation was terrible. I called the hotel as I was approaching because there was nowhere safe to pull in. I was told I had to stop and put my vehicle on hazard in the busiest main road of Vancouver during rush hour. I did not comply because it was unsafe. I was advised to pull into the alley, but there were no other instructions. I was stressed out because I was blocking everyone in the alleyway, and the staff yelled at me on the phone told me to "calm down". It was not a pleasant experience.
