The St. Regis Hotel

The afternoon/night staff who welcomed us was the best! Before I was even finished checking in, our luggage was already in our room. Our 'smart room' was nice but slightly small for our needs so requested an upgrade and accomodated us without hesitation and at a reasonable price. The location was walking distance to everywhere and we were happy that we did not need to use our car to places we wanted to visit. The 3 breakfast options was a plus!!! The reasons why I am not rating 5 star on all categories is because of the following: 1) Although the beds are comfy & clean, I found a stain in the middle of the bed sheet. It looks like the stain did not come off even though it was freshly laundered. This sheet should have been retired. 2) During breakfast, 2 of our water glasses was not rinsed properly (lip stick stain). 3) PARKING fee is too expensive at $30/day. This should be discounted for hotel guests or was given other options at check in.

Very clean, great location, comfortable beds and a wonderful breakfast included. All around great place to stay. Cozy and quaint.

Fantastic hotel. Exceptionally professional and cordial staff. Personalized service. Rooms appointed perfectly. Great location. Highly recommend.

The only complaint is the access to your car. But to their defense, the hotel is old (but restored!) & doesn't have an underground garage. The parking garage is located next door at the Hudson hotel underground. You'll need to unload your luggage outside the hotel entrance first & have the concierge give you the garage key before storing you can park in the garage. Other than that, EVERYTHING is top notch. Complimentary breakfast, service, complimentary Locctaine bath products, the extra soft blanket that comes with the room, mints on the pillow, the big screen TV in the room, fancy hotel feel alllll amazing. It's in a great location, no need for a car. Walkable & safe even at night. There's a great Taiwanese hole in the wall restaurant, pizza spot & grocery store right outside the doors.

We had a great stay, and we repeatedly impressed by the staff, who rushed over to open doors, provided great tips for enjoying the city, and otherwise demonstrated a commitment to customer service. I would definitely return.

Glad we chose St. Regis! Friendly staff, great location, & super lounge.

I went to Vancouver for a short trip to meet with friends and have some fun. The friend who organized the trip chose the St. Regis; it is a bit more expensive than my usual choice, but I decided it would work out best if we were all in the same hotel. Best decision ever! What's not to like? The rooms were very comfortable (I wanted to take my bed & bedding home!). The staff were attentive and very helpful. The included breakfast was substantial. The onsite restaurant has excellent food. The location was central to all the things we wanted to do.

Very nice hotel code to everything, we were able to walk to almost anywhere that we wanted to go to.

For the price it would be nice to have new shampoo daily

We loved staying at the St. Regis for the first time. The rooms are nicely updated (if a little small), the staff was friendly and helpful and the included breakfast was great. We would definitely stay here again should we return to Vancouver.

The room was very clean & modern. It was tiny though and had a weird smell. We opened the window to get some air & it was very noisy. If your claustrophobic don't stay here.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, great location, and delicious breakfast! Far exceeded our expectations. The rooms are small, however the overall experience at St. Regis made up for it.

Good location in downtown Vancouver walking distance to the restaurants and Canada place. Good amenities with breakfast and bottled water included daily, in addition to free WiFi; however, there is no pool or hot tub for the cold weather and parking is $25 plus tax per day.

The St Regis is a beautiful hotel in the heart of downtown Vancouver. The staff are incredibly helpful and made my stay one to remember. I will definitely return.

We spent five nights in Vancouver and found St Regis to be an excellent place to stay. The rooms were updated and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty each day and all the staff were fantastic. The front desk staff really provided support for our visit, giving suggestions for what we needed. This is a boutique hotel so it was not too busy. We loved this place!

We had a good experience dealing with staff at the hotel desk upon our late arrival for check-in. However, when we got to our room on the 1st floor, we found that our room was tiny, did not have a bathtub, and was directly across from the elevator, which we had specified we did not want. Because it was late, we decided to go to sleep and arrange for a bigger, quieter room the next morning. The staff was very accomodating in providing this to us. We were promptly moved to a larger room on the 3rd floor with a bathtub that was further from the elevator. The rooms were very clean with Fiji bottled water provided and chocolates on our pillows. The beds were extremely comfortable with soft, plush, crisp white linens. We would have liked a mini refrigerator but dealt with not having one. The daily breakfasts (which were included with our stay) were delicious and plentiful. It was very convenient and cost-saving to eat at the hotel each morning before venturing out for the day. The location of the hotel was within a 30 minute walk to all area attractions. The hotel is a few blocks from Canada Place, the Harbor and lots of shopping. It is also located in the heart of where many homeless people stay and beg for money. The hotel Staff helped get us taxis when we needed them. They also made an excellent recommendation for an adventurous activity. Overall, we would highly recommend this hotel because of the comfort of the bed and linens, the cleanliness and helpfulness of Staff, the daily included breakfasts, and the proximity to other areas of Vancouver, which we enjoyed exploring. We are not big retail shoppers, but this location is perfect if you enjoy high-end retail shopping.

Staff is friendly and helpful.. Concierge calls you by name. Room was small but clean and had everything. Temperature was very warm at night but you could open window.. that helped. Nice breakfast.. close to everything downtown.

Free breakfast, Fiji Water, free wifi and great location.

The St. Regis was clean, welcoming, and in a great location. The staff was helpful and our room was perfect.

St. Regis is a great place to stay. It is downtown so you are in the middle of lots of things. There is one elevator and it is small, we took the stairs most of the time but the paintings on the wall in the stairwell are worth the walk. Staff was very friendly and helpful with places to see. They even arranged a bag breakfast since we had an early flight!!
