Very centrally located. Was able to walk everywhere we wanted from the hotel. It's two blocks away from train transit from airport so no need for taxi or other means of transportation. Very very friendly staff. The rooms are on the small side but very comfortable and very clean. the complementary breakfast was fresh and very good. It didn't feel cheap. I will definitely stay here again when we come back to Vancouver.

The parking situation was terrible. I called the hotel as I was approaching because there was nowhere safe to pull in. I was told I had to stop and put my vehicle on hazard in the busiest main road of Vancouver during rush hour. I did not comply because it was unsafe. I was advised to pull into the alley, but there were no other instructions. I was stressed out because I was blocking everyone in the alleyway, and the staff yelled at me on the phone told me to "calm down". It was not a pleasant experience.

It was a lovely small hotel conveniently located in downtown. Very close to the bus stop to UBC. Easy walk from the train station to the airport. Good breakfast was included. Only negative thing was there was no refrigerator in my room.

I liked the breakfast (sit and order from 3 choices) and the housekeeping ladies. I loved that they have l’occitane products!!!! The man at the front desk checking us in was sarcastic with me which I didn’t appreciate…. The young ladies serving the breakfast were friendly, but needed prompting. They just weren’t efficient. It was so clean and really a lovely little hotel!

Friendly stay

From checkin to checkout, an excellent stay. Modern and up to date, but classic in style. Perfect downtown location. Friendly front desk. Great breakfast. Could be more pleased!

Staff was very friendly. Premises were spotlessly clean. Breakfast was much above in quality and taste, compared to some hotels that I have stayed. A little noisy due to street noise. But it did quiet down a bit later.

The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly, but the hotel is located on a very noisy corner of downtown Vancouver, and the windows do not offer sufficient noise reduction. Our apartment on the first floor felt like we were literally in the middle of traffic. We do not recommend this hotel.

Very pleasant three nights at St Regis Hotel. Lovely room with excellent facilities. Terrific location close to train station and easy walk to shopping precinct and Waterfront. Good breakfast included. Very happy with our stay!

Property is well appointed with a large room, bathroom, and closet. A short walk to Gastown although other food options are closer by ranging from fast food to bar and grilles to high end steakhouses. Bed is very comfortable, especially after walking 15 miles today.
