The rooms were clean and stylish. The food at the restaurant was good and moderately priced. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were delayed one night due to flight delays and the staff was great working with us.

That it was booked as 2 double queen beds and the beds were not queen sized. They were full sized. Very disappointing.

Staff is extra nice and helpful. Bathroom is excellent. Large tub, excellent fixtures.

It has an excellent location for walking to many places or picking up the Hop On and Off Bus. The front desk staff was very helpful, and all the employees we had any interactions with were very helpful and friendly. The room was very nice and the bathroom was large and great too! The "to order" breakfast is a very nice amenity as well. The only issues we had was trying to get a wake up call, as no one picked up the phone. And, the light switches are a bit confusing too. Spoke to front dest about it already. We would definitely come there again to stay on any further visits! It was a great find!

Staff were exceptionally helpful and pleasant. Lobby, room, and art-filled hallways were very pleasingly furnished. Really enjoyed the shower/bathroom and quality toiletries provided. Breakfast made to order with personal touch of the friendly waitstaff.

Great staff, elegant hotel, great room, nice restaurant

Good location close to Canada Place and waterfront. Welcoming, helpful and friendly stuff. Lobby while on smaller side still nice and inviting, Building appears to be older from outside however looks like interior and rooms were renovated not long ago and looks and feels very nice.

Waterfront attractions and Stanley Park are in walking distance. Modern rooms with nice bathrooms. Breakfast is a la carte and included. Would stay there again, in particular as room rates are reasonable (in March)

Good restaurants nearby, close to Gastown/waterfront, and to the trains stations. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good. Only downside was that the elevator was broken so had to take the stairs.

What a wonderful experience! We booked a junior suite for our adult kids and a corner queen for ourselves. The rooms were spacious and the beds super-comfy. A special shout-out to the staff, particularly the concierge Gary, who arranged restaurant reservations (including sending notes to our rooms with reservation info and instructions on how to get there), advised us on attractions, etc. Everyone else on the staff was equally helpful, courteous, and friendly. The full complimentary breakfast is wonderful--a choice of custom omelets, etc. They even delivered complimentary Christmas cookies to our room! When we checked out, the staff graciously stored our luggage all day while we were sightseeing because we had late night flights. This was a perfect hotel experience.

Fantastic! There was a lot to see and every thing was so convenient.

The afternoon/night staff who welcomed us was the best! Before I was even finished checking in, our luggage was already in our room. Our 'smart room' was nice but slightly small for our needs so requested an upgrade and accomodated us without hesitation and at a reasonable price. The location was walking distance to everywhere and we were happy that we did not need to use our car to places we wanted to visit. The 3 breakfast options was a plus!!! The reasons why I am not rating 5 star on all categories is because of the following: 1) Although the beds are comfy & clean, I found a stain in the middle of the bed sheet. It looks like the stain did not come off even though it was freshly laundered. This sheet should have been retired. 2) During breakfast, 2 of our water glasses was not rinsed properly (lip stick stain). 3) PARKING fee is too expensive at $30/day. This should be discounted for hotel guests or was given other options at check in.

Very clean, great location, comfortable beds and a wonderful breakfast included. All around great place to stay. Cozy and quaint.

Quaint and comfortable. Very inviting. Would stay again
