Amenities, spacious room, bedding sets. But don't like the balanket for guest sleepers.

Good location, nice spacious room. Bedding and coffee are good quality. Full amenities.

Casino was a plus, location too close to the airport and room was noisy However noice stopped around 10 pm

The room became extremely dusty after one night stay, I’m Not sure if it is the sheets or the mattress but the tables were covered in dust/particles floating in the air after one night. Other than that it was a nice resort with a good little casino tucked inside

Transportation is convenient. Over all people are friendly. The doorman Alvin is very helpful and informative. The buffett restaurant are very snobbish. Although the food is so food.

Cindy at the reception was rude. We booked 2 rooms and she told us that us that she can only check us in to 1 of the rooms as the other room is not ready. She is giving us attitude when we asked if she can give us a call once the other room is ready. She said she is not in calling service. I told her we will just cancel the 2nd room, lo and behold, she found a room available for us. She’s should not be in front desk position, such attitude ruins the experience for the customer.

The hotel is clean, accessible to train. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Valet parking was the highlight. The room was clean, but very small for a 'suite'. The hotel is just flat out overpriced for what you get. The casino area is decent, but the payouts were horrific. No one around me was winning anything the entire evening. I understand that a buffet is not the pinnacle of culinary excellence, but this place lowers the bar even more. It is $40 a head for dinner and the food borders on inedible. The roast beef and ham is dry, there are an abundance of 'bulk salad' type of stuff like macaroni, potato, etc. The dessert selection was underwhelming at best. While the wifi was free, the speeds were terrible. Just a disappointing experience overall.

Definitely not up to it's published rating. Hotel restaurant service, food and bar is a disappointment. Overpriced for what you get at the least. Hotel room amenities is lacking. This hotel thinks too highly of it's self. Not worth the price. You will get similar value in a Motel 6.

Very clean. Wifi signal not good at all. Beautiful rooms.

bathrooms are stink , couldn’t be able to switch to different rooms . Otherwise the hotel is good

Great stay. Pool was fantastic and the skytrain being so close was awesome for getting to the airport!

Parking was a little confusing since there are two properties - that could be a little more clear. Our room was nice except that the bathroom smelled like the previous occupant smoked up a storm in there (it's a nonsmoking hotel). As soon as we took a shower, the smoke residual on the walls were activated and it was overwhelming! We thought smoke was coming thru the vent, but upon later investigation, we think the bathroom walls just needed to be completely wiped down. Staff took care of us though and comped us free buffet breakfast since it was so late and we did not want to re-pack and move.

The swimming pool with the slide was awesome; my kids loved it.

Staff was friendly and helpful, food court on main floor had great choices and delicious pancakes!
