the bathroom was low on the shampoo and conditioner ( empty ) and other supplies. what is very important for me during our stay. The phone in my room wasn't working. Could not get a hold of room service. Over all everything else was great.

The River Rock is right on the YVR transit line and we stay often either before or after trips. No waiting for shuttles, etc. We eat at the Chairman's Room for a lighter meal and the service is always excellent there. Splurge on the buffet if you have a bigger appetite.
