Front desk person couldn’t find my reservation online and took 25min before she checked me in. She was whining and said it was a tiring day. Receptionist should be costumer oriented. Some guests like me as example was also tired coming from a long trip but instead of me complaining it was the other way around. You couldn’t paint her face she should not be assigned in the reception area.
