The room wasn’t properly cleaned. First 2 nights I was there, there was peanuts from the previous guests on the ground. Also the TV didn’t work properly it wouldn’t change from the welcome screen to a channel I had contacted the front desk and maintenance couldn’t do anything about it. Also the fridge was leaking and the fan in the bathroom didn’t work. This was by far the worst experience I have had at this hotel. When I contact the front desk about the issues the maintenance guy just looked at it and said he couldn’t fix it and to let front desk know. Which I did and they never even offered a room change or anything. They just let me stay in the subpar room and for the amount I was paying I feel like it could have been better. It’s crazy to think that I had better service when they were on strike in 2024 than I did now when they are fully staffed.

Very disappointing stay. Staff were unhelpful, the bathroom light was broken, chargers didn’t work, and room service took over an hour just to bring water. Poor service and terrible experience. Would not recommend.

Bed sheet wasnt clean, random slamming of doors that actually shakes the bed. No complimentary water at all. Do not recommend in time of emergencies! My flight was canceled because of the snow storm in the US and i chose to extend my stay there, i couldve went somewhere else. My flight was at a later time from the midday checkout and i asked if i could check out at 3 instead of sitting in an airport for hours. They not even acknowledge my message but rather told me to check out via message at noon. I do not recommend! If you want restaurants forget it, they not close to nothing.
