Stayed the night at this hotel and my boyfriend had found bites on his leg the very next morning while we were in the car driving to the boarder to go home. We made no stops and headed straight from hotel to home. I messaged the property and they stated they did an investigation and had a pest control team look through the room and couldn't find anything, then proceeded to say the bites happened outside their property. I can assure you he would not have gotten bug bites in my car. I've stayed at this hotel before and had no issues until this last stay. Extremely disappointed and will not be returning.

We stayed at the hotel as an overnight connection on an early flight. The noise from a party outside, or in the hotel kept us up most of the night. Considering this, and what I think was an unreasonably high price for the hotel, we were left less than impressed. I have stayed at this hotel since 1998 and this was my worst experience by far.

The property is clean, beds are comfy and the staff is friendly and welcoming. There are not many dining options nearby except for restaurant at the property. We did find some restaurants about 20-30 minutes walking distance away. But the convenience of airport shuttle which we used to go back to airport to get train into the city was a plus! I would definitely stay here again if I go back to visit Vancouver.

The rooms were clean and the bedding/linens very comfortable. The walk from the hotel to sky train was doable for us in our late 50’s. The coffee shop was adequate when not wanting a $25 breakfast from the restaurant. We really appreciated the shuttle from the hotel to the airport.
