Although the hotel is a bit dated, the room was clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful. There was some renovations going on that left the restaurant a bit small. But we never heard any noise from the renovations. 2 staff meme ets who stood out were Vivian and John. Vivian helped us transition from a vacation reservation to a business reservation seamlessly. John was very helpful providing us ideas of places to go that weren’t the typical tourist places.

Large room. On-site parking is available at the entrance, around the back of the building, and in a garage closer to the Hilton next door. Parking lot around the building feels secure as it is a courtyard surrounded by the hotel rooms, but lacks lighting at night. Garage parking is secure but can be difficult to access if you have bags or haven't checked in yet due to key card access doors.

The stay was exactly what we wanted it to be, clean rooms, nice staff, and close to two sky train stations. Only negative being having to pay for parking for 3 days and the car just sat in the garage.
