Hotel was older but renovated and quite nice! Staff was great, check in was was and they were able to get us in a little early which was appreciated! Hot tub was a nice bonus! The only struggle I had is when we arrived the front lobby smelled so strong and so bad of men’s cologne, it burned my eyes and my nose and I had a very hard time being in the front lobby, not something the hotel can control if it was a guest, but hopefully it was not staff!

The bathroom sink drains very slowly. The bathroom itself is extremely narrow. There is also no soundproofing at all between floors—you can clearly hear people walking upstairs, which makes it impossible to rest properly. At breakfast, we were told that we could charge it to the room using the room number, but when my elderly family member went there, they were told that only cash or breakfast vouchers were accepted. Overall, this stay has been an extremely unpleasant experience.
