check in was very good, they were not able to sort a shuttle to pick up at airport so covered my Uber without question. Room was very clean and comfortable, great hot water. staff very pleasant and happy to help, Hotel Manager was in attendance for all customers while checking in. it was a great experience.

Room was not in great shape again flooring falling apart old furniture in room was suppose to get courtyard got to hotel from our trip at 1130pm and said no more courtyard room gave us a suite on 13th floor ! Plus shuttle does not run after 1030pm for pick up had to pay for a taxi will not be staying here again the staff seemed shocked when told them about the floors don’t think staff go thru rooms which they should ! Check with the guy at 1130 was amazing very polite and helpful!

I had a hospital appointment in ubc the next day and this hotel was close and for the most part excellent. The only problem we had was when we went to our room the tv was crocked and no other room available as tv bracket was falling out of wall we did go to reception but unfortunately the had no other rooms available. But hotel was clean hot tub nice food excellent
