A great hotel overall. We got there early and even though they did not have a room ready, they worked hard to get it ready for us. Shuttle service to the airport was much appreciated!

Very friendly reception staff and staff overall from breakfast crew to housekeeping
While I don’t know what happened with my registration (somehow got cancelled through a glitch in the matrix) the staff that was there did their best to make sure I still had a place to stay and got a reasonable rate (by directing me back to reserving through a third party when possible) at the same time. Just super professional crew.
