Clean room with convenient location. Shopping malls, food halls and restaurants are one to two minutes of walking distance. Skytrain station across the street. Good location.

The staffs were friendly and the lobby was clean, but the room wasn’t very impressive. There was a leftover drink left in the fridge, a small candy jar was left under the bed, a piece of tissue in the bathroom trash can. The bathroom smelled a bit, it wasn’t too bad but noticeable. The fitted sheet on both beds looked small, it couldn’t cover the whole mattresses. The mattress covers were seen and were kinda dirty. The coach had a big stain. We wouldn’t want to stay here again.

Staff are lovely but the hotel is run down. We had an issue with our room and the staff tried to make it right but we had the same problem with the alternate room. The beds, carpets and bathrooms need an upgrade. The hotel is close to the airport and there are restaurants and shopping in walking distance. Due to the condition of the property, we wouldn’t stay here again.
