I been use this hotel 6 time last fews years. This is very convenience hotel and clean. Even not new hotel, but at less they keep in good condition. I'm Asian, I few the stuff are helpful even you can speak english or chinese. Great one!

Except for the first day, there were no bath gel and mouth wash. The complimentary bottle waters need to call for everyday. Never a smile or hello from the housekeeping staff.

Friendly staff named Dave works at front desk. Hotel closes to shopping center and others actives

Location so near airport with hotel shuttle bus. Even we always have a night flight, still have stuff come to airport to help us.

Limited meal choices outside of hotel. Mostly oriental food

This hotel is a bit older and could benefit from some updates. That's not a big deal, if it's clean and well maintained. The carpet was stained in several places (hallways) and there was litter in the landscaping out front. Our room smelled musty (the windows were open, I assume to air it out), there was dust/dirt in the corners of our room and the coverlet on the bed was stained. I expect to pay a premium for the convenience of being so close to the airport; but this room was overpriced by quite a bit. I usually stay in mid-range hotels (Radisson, Marriott), and am willing to pay a little more than I would at a Motel 6 or similar hotel. I don't expect the amenities of the Ritz Carlton; but I do expect the property to be clean and well maintained. This room would have been a little over-priced if the property had been clean and well maintained; given that it wasn't, it was way over-priced. If I had booked the room myself, I would have seen the reviews. Lesson learned.

I am using this hotel two to four times a year in the past five years. It is a well managed establishment with dedicated employees on all level. The hotel located near to the airport. The rooms have sound proof windows, thus the noise from the airplanes are minimal and not disturbing. The layout of the rooms are comfortable and practical. The quality of the rooms ire - generally - good. The WiFi works with acceptable speed. The TV channels are adequate. Good quality climate system with wide range of temperature settings. Good quality bedding, the adjustable bed firmness is something what you might do not like. The bathrooms are functional - and clean. The breakfast - I unused always only the buffet, however there is a la carte menu as well, that I do not know - is mediocre. Overall, I can say that it is a standard setting hotel for a four stars category. Others: Beside of the mall of the other side of the street, there is a very good size mall about in 2-3 miles when you turn left on the 3rd Street and reaching the Westminster Hwy (no, it is not rural area) at your right "Richmond Centre" It is a city block size. On the Westminster Hwy side, next to the mall there is an outstanding restaurant called "Kirin". Reservation required. The opposite side of the street is a restaurant called "Shanghai River". No better Chinese food on the American continent! Adjacent to the hotel walking from the second floor an excellent restaurant called "Red Star".

Stayed for a night before leaving on an early morning flight. Found it restful. had dinner which was good.

Sleep Number Bed. Hotel Staff could use a little extra "friendly" training

Great location close to metro stop, grocery store, restaurants. Room is spacious. Everything is great! The only complaint is the pillows are bit old and uncomfortable

Overall the hotel is great and conveniently located with subway station nearby.The staffs were very friendly. At first glance the room looks nice and comfortable. But when settled down I couldn't help noticing the dirty spots on the carpet and there were two dangling spider webs on the ceiling. The bathroom door knob was loose and saw hairs on shower curtain.

Only stayed for one night but I would stay here again.

Only a short walk from Skytrain and from good surround restaurant.

The hotel is close to the airport, very clean, staff was exceptionally pleasant and friendly. The advertisement said there were sleep-number beds but the beds we got were very hard and uncomfortable (not sleep-number). Overall is was a good deal for the price paid.

We went for a family's vacation and reserved the hotel rooms because it was Radisson and the room pictures looked good, but once we checked in, I was horrified how dirty the room carpet floor was dirty with dark stains. The hotel front parking lot is a mess and my car was hit overnight during our stay and the staff was not even aware of. I will never star at this hotel again!

The room floor carpet was stained with dirt. Asked hotel receptionist to change rooms. However , no other rooms were available.

The shuttle driver was fabulous - he definitely created my relaxing nights stay at this lovely hotel. Staff were all supper friendly, wait staff also and food was really good. A great stay to be passed on to friends etcf.

We had a great experience at the Radisson. It is located steps away from the Skytrian and 10 min free airport shuttle from the airport. The staff is very friendly and super helpful. Would stay here again!

housekeeping needs improvement

the hotel could be a bit cleaner

This hotel is a bit older and could benefit from some updates. That's not a big deal, if it's clean and well maintained.
