OK location, room service uneven, coffee machine in the room did not work; food in restaurant, ok; service not. hard to figure out the lights and a/c in room.

Traveling internationally. Strongly recommend. Will stay there again. Staff very polite & helpful in all aspects.

The hotel met my expectations. Clean rooms and friendly staff.

Decently hotel for the price. Could not tell if the AC was working or broken because the meter was somewhat outdated. The room size was decent and looked like a standard hotel.

It is so nice hotel and with laundry. Surrounding is so good, near to the shopping stores and every where.

Great location to Davie Village and all of the nightlife. Also Close to the shopping district and good brunch spots.

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past years because I like the location and the price was mid-range. However it seems to be getting old and tired. The elevators are too small and too slow. There is no stair access to the parking garage so the elevator is the only option even to go up one floor to the lobby. Rooms have paper thin walls, especially in the bathroom where you hear your next door neighbours slightest whisper. It was clean, and otherwise ok, but I think it is time to find a new place to stay.

Stayed three nights for business meeting. Close to the downtown district, clean hotel.

Hotel staff was polite, hotel was clean and well located. Only had one issue one night when the parking lot was full and had to leave car parked outside.

best location and services. easy to any place in downtown.

They had terrible customer service. Bathroom were small and dirty not a hotel feel. I stayed 4 nights on the fourth night they moved me,giving me minimal time to seitch. Also put me where i had no wireless and heat! They wouldnt move me after i told them 3 or more times the room was not good. Pay extra stay elsewhere . DIVE

Location is excellent! Just a few blocks from St. George St. Staff were very helpful and curteous. However, we had to pay extra for continental breakfast, which did not include coffe or juice. Also, parking was not included. They had an area for parking. For the price we paid, we should have had a least a continental breakfast and paid parking.

Mostly very satisfied, except poor internet/ wi-fi connectivity in the room.

Location was superb. Staff with the exception of the day time front desk was great. The front desk daytime staff was not helpful, did not answer questions and seemed burdened by anything one asked. Trip was good with the exception of the front desk day staff. Vancouver is really nice vacation city.

Small rooms compared to other hotel I stayed at on the way to Vancouver charged 20 dollars per nigt for a car also

The hotel is walking distance to all the shops and restaurants on Yonge Street.

convenient location for all the area which I had plan to visit for the 3 days.

This holiday inn is situated in the heart of Vancouver, we were able to get to most of the places on foot or via public transport. our family trip was made very enjoyable with the helpful and friendly staff.

we're very comfortable, very near to all the tourist attraction including the art gallery and chinatown.staff is very helpful and friendly.the restaurant serves good food.

The Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Downtown is located in the major business district and is a short walk to Yaletown. Yaletown is an up and coming trendy place with many gourmet type restaurants as well as some inexpensive restaurants. Also in Yaletown are some artsy type stores selling. A Starbucks is very close by the hotel. The hotel has a large sheltered patio with tables and umbrellas off the second floor. This patio is great for guests who want to sit at a table or spread out their books and magazine while enjoying some sun and fresh air. Also a good place for smokers to enjoy a cigarette. The rooms are a good size and clean. The resturant on the main level is comfortable and frequented for breakfast by the local police. The staff gave us walking directions to Yaletown as well as a local drugstore. We thought this hotel was excellent value.
