Great location for this property, everything is walkable. Parking available. Friendly staff… rooms were nice and clean. Our first time in Vancouver and will stay here again when we visit next!

Good option in downtown Vancouver

Great location. Nice clean hotel that with comfortable, spacious rooms. Bed was a bit squishy but comfortable with a nice variety of pillows.

Although nice, the individual who checked us in informed us that we had been upgraded for free. We arrived at our room, which was the exact room that I had booked (i.e., no upgrade). Maybe the "upgrade" was to be further away from the elevator?? Multiple calls had to be made to a group staying on the 4th floor, as they were loud, obnoxious, and disruptive. In the end, security did nothing, and I had to go and deal with the disruptive individuals myself. For the cost, I will not stay here again.

Tv didn’t work. I called the front desk and told me they had nothing to offer me or someone to fix it. Basically no compensation at all. They also told me that they already know of the issue but just decided to not tell me prior. All I wish is I was informed of this before checking in or a quick email or call just to let us know. I have a laptop and would be more than happy to watch something on there but instead I had nothing. Not to mention who ever picked up the phone was extremely rude and hung up the phone on me. As well as getting parking I tried to talk to the guy to open the gate and he was rude as well I guess u could say he was yelling at us to just park. Honestly is probably the same guy other then these experiences my stay was perfectly fine.
