The hotel is an older building. The room was large, with two queen beds and a kitchen. The bathroom was large enough. I would like to have been able to rent a smaller to room for a lower price, but that's all they had.

This stay was just okay. The location was fine, and we felt very safe in the neighborhood. Although the bathroom was clean, the room itself needed a good cleaning. My socks were filthy from walking around in the room. It was handy to have a coffee maker in the room. The free breakfast was not good at all. It consisted of FrootLoops cereal, white toast and orange juice. We eat a healthy lower carb diet, so there was absolutely nothing we could eat, so we had to go out for breakfast.

Old hotel partially refurbished in micky mouse way......over priced.....last minute charge for outside parking of $25 when was told I I only had to pay for parking in underground garage. Owner rude and arrogant.

for the price it is great, nice that it doesn't have carpet, was perfect for doing some body weight exercises in the mornings

I like how it's centrally located, you can walk just about anywhere. I really like the kitchenette, the only thing they need to do put something at the bottom of the bathtub, to make not as slippery. I almost fell on my ass soon as I stepped into it.

The hotel was convenient for me. It was near good food and access to my conference near the bay. The room was comfortable and more than enough for me. I like that there was a kitchen in the room and the layout was comfortable. There was some street noise and construction work nearby that was a little distracting at times. But it is in a nice area. The staff was really helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Sumaiya for her help at the front desk. She made sure I could check in early and also called a cab for me. She was a great help. Joe

Nothing to share Nothing to share Nothing to share

The hotel itself is just OK. We stayed in a family suite on the top floor. The front lobby is incredibly small & was crowded upon check-in. Red flags from the beginning - they entice on the website as an affordable hotel choice & then charged $25 per extra person staying in the hotel. So, to my surprise 3 kids plus my wife ended up costing an extra $100 on top of the taxes and fees you don't see until checkout. Parking is around back and incredibly run-down. The garage door started to close onto the top of my car and I had to quickly back out to not be crushed. No sensor stopped this from happening. Our room was not ready when we checked in; they must have hurried through getting it ready because it wasn't clean when we walked in. Unswept, small kitchen and table wasn't wiped off. We called the front desk and left for dinner. Staff said they would clean it & no one followed through to do it. Overall, run-down. Cheap décor, cabinets with fake laminate peeling off & cheap table spray painted to look like fake granite. There is a second TV in the extra room; however this TV flickered & didn't work properly. No pool, no gym, no accommodations really at all. The hotel is okay - however, for the overall price it ended up being; there are higher quality options in the area for less money. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

All good except Noise which kept me all night. Need to renovate windows that can be closed tightly ( due to old A/C, it is almost like sleeping on the road).

I guess I will start with the positives, the room was spacious for a family and the hotel is located in a great neighborhood for walking, shopping etc. But, the room is very dated, beds are very hard and probably 20-30 years old, the condition of the paint, fixtures and furniture is not good. Our sliding door didn't lock, small bathroom and kind of a stale 'old' odor. The floors were so dirty we put our shoes back on. It wasn't the worst place I have stayed but I probably wouldn't do it again.

Room was very spacious includes kitchen and sink. One thing that sucks about this place is they have a rule of no visitors after 10pm or they will charge you $10/person. It can be good or bad depending on your intent of travel.
