Our room was gorgeous and cleaned in a timely manner each day. Beds and pillows are amazing. Centrally located, within walking distance to excellent shopping. Only complaint is that is located on a busy street so it is noisy but I would definitely stay again.

Excellent and very helpful staff. Valet parking was easy and worth the cost. Had a family of 6 stay in a 3rd floor suite and had plenty of space to store things and to sleep. Pool and hot tub were also great in the morning thanks to the early opening time. Would definitely stay here again. I’ve recommended this place to many people I know as it is one of my favourites.

This was a great property for many reasons. The location is perfect for walking to various different tourist destinations, great shopping, restaurants and entertainment. The full kitchen makes it easy to make your own meals, and save many on fresh snacks and beverages utilizing the full fridge. There is a grocery store beside the hotel for extra convenience. The hotel is fantastic. The pool and hot tub was always clean, warm and fully stocked with fresh towels, with robes in the room wear to the pool. The fitness centre appeared to have everything you would need for a morning workout. The front desk is very quick to bring up any additional items you may need. The restaurant was fantastic with Michelin Star ratings. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. We visited at the start of the Christmas season and the hotel was beautifully decorated, perfect for Christmas selfies or quick family shots. One thing to note is that the hotel is downtown and located close to a fire department so you will hear sirens from time to time. However we never woken up in the middle of the night from any noises. I would highly recommend this hotel for shopping trips, work trips, quick family vacations, really any visit.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was truly awesome, from the professional check-in to the comfortable room. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the amenities, atmosphere, and surroundings were all excellent. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the heart of downtown.
