Room is terribly dated with significant signs of wear and tear. Outlet wasn’t flush with the wall and if you pushed a plug in too far the plugged in lamp would go off. Bathroom door had a lock that didn’t work. One of the hand towels had a hole. Mattress relatively firm but felt more like cardboard and not particularly comfortable. On the plus side, excellent water pressure in the shower was excellent. But I would definitely not recommend the hotel. They appear to be undergoing a renovation, but that wouldn’t help address why they’re giving guests towels with holes.

Our stay at the Pinnacle Hotel in Vancouver was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for sightseeing, with the Harbourfront just a short walk away. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The buffet breakfast was outstanding—great variety, fresh options, and a relaxing start to each day. Dinner at the hotel was also very good, with quality dishes and attentive service that made dining in a pleasure. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Vancouver. Great location, great food, and a smooth, enjoyable stay from start to finish.

The room was a bit worn. I liked how close it was two places to go and eat. I enjoyed watching the sea planes fly in and out.

Clean room comfy beds great location near harbour walk, Stanley Park, Gastown. Nice restaurant and bar. Pool was nice

Esta muy cerca del puerto, se puede llegar caminando y es una zona segura, llena de opciones para cenar. El beneficio VIP fue excelente. El upgrade fue a una habitación con una vista hermosa al mar, muy grande y muy limpia. Nos recibieron con botellas de agua y un chocolate. También nos ofrecieron late checkout y descuentos en restaurante.

Nice view on the harbour side. Walkable to Canada Place cruise port. Above average hotel restaurant. Room a tad dated.
