This was a fantastic stay! The mattress was absolutely the most comfortable. Its in walking distance of Gastown and so many other restaurants and shops. The hotel has a free bus pick up that takes you to the Capilano Bridge. The hotel also has a Starbucks in their lobby. I would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Vancouver, and my experience was excellent in every way. The hotel is centrally located, making it perfect for exploring the city on foot or by public transport. The service was impeccable, with a friendly and attentive staff always ready to accommodate every need. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, featuring a comfortable bed and a spectacular view of the city. Fantastic hotel. My one (small) complaint was that the walls of my room seemed too thin, as I could hear our neighbour in the next room every time he spoke, including when I was trying to sleep. Otherwise, I found the staff, the hotel and the room excellent.

Overall nice hotel, old but has all amenities you need, outdoor heated pool, hot tub, steam room, decent size fitness room, okayish on site restaurant, good breakfast, clean. Great location with short walking distance to the waterfront and less then 30 minutes from the airport. I wouldn't say it's 5 star hotel but very strong 4 stars.
